Hey, everyone. I don't know if there's a place where I should formally introduce myself before posting. If so I'm sorry.
I'm gonna keep the following terse.
(Enter 'Been trying to project for months with barely any success' story + 'tried all the binaural beats' explanation)
Then, one night at around 2AM, I was really really tired and laid down. No intent of AP, no binaural beats, nothing. The rushing came first and all of a sudden I felt really mentally awake. Rushing got louder. Tried to keep a calm, observational mind. Tried not to think. Kept my eyes closed and it felt like I was rocketing toward the head of my bed crazy fast, but then it slowed down. I was wondering why everything was dying in intensity, and thought to myself...which was a mistake. Abruptly ended the experience and I opened my eyes.
My question is, is that supposed to happen? Does it calm down and THEN you project? I tried to contain my excitement and tried not to think, but still felt the intensity of the rushing and whatnot waning. How do I fix this next time?
