Quote from: Ben K^Good choice. Even if frank somehow died im sure one of us could contact him in F3oC. Or he would contact us ;)

Or perhaps he died and realised that all the stuff he'd been researching wasn't the way he thought it was and therefore cannot contact because the laws of this 'new' existance won't allow him.

Frank helped me out a lot when I was first getting into the phasing and I'm quite certain he is not a conman, a cheat, a liar, or dishonest in anyway.

I hope he's not dead but at the rate things are going, I'm going to hazard a guess that we might never see him on these forums again.

I've always had my own theories about where Frank's theories and Focus Levels slip easily into everyday life and if you attach them to a more in depth version of the Intelligent life/Creation theory, then you, well at least I, begin to see where he was coming from.

*shrugs*

I'm just gonna leave it there.  It's up to us to speculate such things and as for the letters, unless I see the name Frank, as the poster, I'm not going to believe a word.

I got that all the time.  And then when I'd stop because I couldn't bear the heat, I'd freeze, lol.  It became quite annoying after a time.  I'm on hiatus for the moment though.  I've been too busy and stressed to do anything "relaxing", as it were.
#3
that's pretty neat.  my dreams are never that interesting.
#4
I've never had anything like that happen.  I seem to be stuck at my doorway.

I've been hiatus on everything AP/phasing related for too long (even though it didn't leave me alone throughout my whole 'vacation'.

I'm been floating around here for a while and have finally decided to make a come back and get of my lazy backside and do something.

Just a couple of questions from things I've noticed while acting ghost:

1. Have these forums slowed down or is that just me?
2. Where the hell is Frank?  Did he get lost in some f4 state or whatever and decide not to come back?

Anyways, hope to get to know u all again!

Lol. that's funny.

QuoteI always wondered if this guy was really in the physical realm... I'll never know.

no, not at all.  so many people get it confused.  Ayumi Hamasaki is the most successful selling artist outside of the USA.

Puffy AmiYumi is a TV show, not in any way affiliated with Ayumi Hamasaki the record company Avex.

Yes, that's right, Jpop is taking over.

If you want to hear something you've never ever heard before.  If u want to listen to music without all the c*rap u hear today, no s*ex, drugs, suggestive lyrics, etc, then switch to jpop.

Ayumi's new album, (miss)Understood, is sure to hit number one.  The most successful selling artist outside of the US has done it again.

Will be happy to answer any questions you have about this brand new craze.l  They'll even upload music for u to listen to!

Featuring all her number one singles plus brand new tracks and music videos on the DVD version.

You guys have got to give it a chance!  Translations are available from:

So what are u waiting for? :singer:

Feel free to PM me for more info.

in my opinion, sleep paralysis doesn't make u feel like ur dying.  it's a frequent thing for me, but happens when i've woken up and trying to get back to sleep.  my body goes to sleep without letting my mind know.  mostly because of this, my eyes are already closed and i usually concentrate on moving my fingers, or my feet or something like that.

it can be frightening the first couple of times it happens but u kind of come to know what it is and know that it can't hurt u (albiet it gets frustrating after a while, for me anyway).

Sometimes if u wake up and get paralysis while trying to fall asleep, there's a transition that happens and u finf urself RTZ without even trying, at least, that's what happens to me (i'd i'd prefer to sleep actually).

This is a thread that may help you:

Lol, if this is true then I have some pretty strange places out there on the Astral plane.

Actually, I heard of someone once who was able to project into the Final Fantasy game world.  I dunno if it's true or not but i think it is possible.

QuoteI think it's true, I think feeling like you want to go to sleep is conditioned

Belief constructs again. :?

It would seem to me, very much a physiological thing.  I mean, people that have insomnia usually seek help for their problem but you can't do it the other way around.
Quote
Maybe there's someway to tinker with the internal clock ... I'd love to be able to just lie down when I choose, send the body to sleep, and not think my mind needs to do the same

But do we really think our minds need to do the same?  When you think about it...you never really think "my mind is tired, I need to sleep".  Your mind keeps working even when you sleep, maybe even more actively then when you're awake.  Instead, you feel 'pysically' tired, not mentally tired because you don't really worry about what your mind is doing.  It just does.

Hmm.  To override that problem - would take a lot of mental effort.

Yeah.  Feeling I need to sleep whenever I have these kind of experiences is always a rather sizable problem as when I "wake up", so to speak.  I wonder why I cut the experience short.

I think the feeling is an illusion because the way I see it, you carry most of your consious thoughts with you when you have these kind of experiences.  I mean, when I dream, I usually find I'm thinking waking thoughts and comparing them to everyday life within the dream life.  The only times I haven't had the urge to sleep, is when the experience happens in the morning.

This one happened late at night, so maybe my body was already set to sleep but still half awake and the feelings conflicted.  I guess it's kind of hard to put into words what I think it means/feels, but I hope you get the basic gsit of what I'm saying.  The thought to "go to sleep", was already in my mind before the exprience began and during the experience, the thought surfaced and conflicted with whatever other thoughts I might have had.

I feel I don't have full mental control during these episodes and things I want to do, and have said I want to do before the experience begins, end up being overwritten by, basic instincts?  Not sure if that's the right word to use but do you get the idea?

Interested, why?  And I think there's a rule someone that says you can't make one line posts.

I've had a few experiences with Astral sounds.  Once, I thought someone was working a chainsaw right outside my window (at 11pm) and there was nothing there.  I live on 10 acres so, nobody next door.  And the other time, it sounded like a plane flew through my left ear to my right ear and out again.  Screwed up my efforts each time.

I don't really need help, I just want to know if anyone else has had any similar experiences, out of curiosity.

Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.  I'll be crying in a second with laughter.  That was rather amusing RooJ.

One day, I was just relaxing before I went to sleep and heard, bright and clearly, a chainsaw outside my window at 10pm.  Scared me right out of it and I thought 'what the hell'.  Funny to laugh at though afterwards.

almost done the moon, no where else though aside from my own bedroom and sometimes that can seem like another planet

It was a rather odd experience, I couldn't even see the stars which confused me but I woke up quick smart, forgot what happened, and then remembered four hours later and was thinking "holy *input four letter word here*"

It certainly wakes you up, actually, if I recall, it was from a lucid dream and I just shot off somewhere.  Hmm, amusing

It seems to happen more and more when the thought isn't even on my mind.

I posted this before but it vanished so, yeah, here I am posting it again.  Do you know that period, just before you nod off into sleep and then realise you're about to fall asleep, then wake up?  Yup, well, during one of those times (with me lying on my back, something I hate to do), I suddenly became aware of a sensation like falling and kept falling.

I realised later I was aware of my position in the room in accordance to where I had been on the bed, meaning, I knew where I was without being able to see.

Anyway, I quickly began thinking "up", and basically began to go up where I was able to 'see' my room again.  My thoughts were really, "no you don't, no, no, no".

I moved over to the top of my bed as far as I could 'see' and tried hitting the wall to see if my hand would go through.  It didn't, as usual.  Anyway, I ended up forcing myself awake with bright recollection of the experience.  I daresay I could have considered prolonging the experience but the want to 'sleep' overode the curiosity I had nada of at the time.

Anyway, do people have any thoughts?  Just decided to share this with you for the hell of it.  Any questions, share other spontaneous experiences, etc....?

Maybe he got lost in a rundown?  Or...dare say it... decided the F-zones were more interesting than reality?

I almost got the moon once, then I realised what I was doing and backed out quick smart.
