I am not sure if this is the correct place to put this, but I will ask anyhow, those of you who are familiar with AP.
When I was younger(14 to 17, I am 31 now)I would be laying in bed in total darkness and total silence, and slowly but surely I would start to feel an electrical build-up of some type in my body, this would get more powerfull and louder as layed there and did not move, then after sometime I would here a noise I could only descibe as an electrical "bang" in my body, and I could actually see it when my eyes were closed.
My question is this, is this related to OOBE or AP?
