Hello,

I found your text about projecting most intressting and I have a question. If you do not have time to read the background; just skip to the question part. :)

Background:
Some ten years ago I were quite intressted in OOBE and after several weeks of trying I finally achieved what thought was a OOBE - I must however define it as a lucid dream (not an astral projection since I have that splitt second or sometimes longer period of not being consious before the exit) with a pint of alice in wonderland effects.

Most times I feel myself leaving the body. I would characterise the feeling as if I cast my physical boddy and leave it with my mental body.

To me all of the experiences have been very very vivid and I can remember them clearly. While having the dream I feel that the dream is very "real", however when waking up - it is just a memory of a dream.

Question:
Sometime during this lucid dreams I hear a high pitched sound; it is very very loud and not nice at all - when you hear it, you just want it to go away. The first time I was a little bit frightned I guess; but after a while I learned that I just had to relax and then the sound eventually would go away. I also recall that there was a relation between hearing this noise and my "jaw-muscles" cramping-up or something like that; at least I remeber that I felt pain in my teeth. Have you experienced something similiar or heard about this before? My question is why this sound is and if there is something else that you can tell me about it.

Thank you for reading this post.

Best Regards
