Last night i was listning to Monroe's Gateway program which i have found very good so far.

Half way through! ( I am used to camera flashes and as i am clarvoyant understand a little of why ) Last night there was a clear click! to the left of me was this blinding Flash, I am talking pritty major stuff, not the usual flash this was extream and made me jump and my heart race!
This was late at night 2.20am i started, my room is pitch black and as always to rule out any light or sound my head was under the pillow as i normaly do, with just my mouth and nose uncovered.

My question to the more experenced projectors is: the fact i heard a click and this blinding flash was so bright and made me jump! dose this signify i am making some progress? getting nearer?
Or just a side effect of energys sparking across the Chakras?

Last night whilst I was in a tuned state, my guide informed me that in my sleep state something would happen and when it did I was to remember it.

I remember this dream of what looked like geometric shapes a bit like the Spiro graph drawings we played with as children, ehhem many years ago lol

I remeber this getting stronger when WAM! I woke up in total full consciousness no dream no lucid dream state I new where I was and all of my senses working, I am not experienced enough yet to say which body I was in wither it be etheric or higher body. With out question this was the clearest I have had yet, as fast as I awoke I felt like I was in a centrifuge spinning very strongly almost like being in a spin dryer but I could feel the force of the spin upon what ever body I was in, very much like one I had the week before where I was flying very fast I could feel the effects of the speed/velocity

Like a spinning plane a came into a full reintegration back into my body with out a bump or hitch, so as this happened the spinning stopped, and could see thro my eye lids looking at these patterns it was blue on a dark grey/black background, I held this vision as long as I could. I made a mental note to remember this then rolled over and some time later it happened a second time but not so clear, from my own estimates I was 100% awake in the first.

You can imagine it was exciting form me, but being thrown around like a rag doll made no sense.

So over to Astral Pulse Guru's

There where no other visions apart from these geometric shapes, but the force I could feel extremely clear as though I was in my body, but as I was descending back to my body fully awake no half measures this time.

Has any one experienced this? Or could maybe explain why or what was happening or what it means?

please forgive me if this has been asked before, there a lot of topic to read thro, i am just learning my way around.

I have been using the Betagen wave patterns twice a day for over two weeks, I have tried differnt ones, some called Guranteed Projection ect, some reviews on the betagen website claiming that they are a work of art!

As a medium i have no problem relaxing and getting into a trance like state. I have found the patterns not to bad a bit boring some of them, I get relaxed full body asleep, where as in the past when i have spent time working on my Astral Projection i have had good results with wobbles, spinning, buzzing and feeling of lifting of the bed. But at the moment I cant get anything at all, I am trying lots of differnt things even things that worked in the past for me no longer work! so i am Stuck!

I have been AP ing since a child, but i havent mastered projection yet, I have woke up many times in the astral and had some great experences.

What I realy wanted to ask is are these brain wave patterns any good? do they work?
Are there any realy good ones that do the job.

I am enjoying the attempts, but getting fed up of failed attempts.

Wouldnt even mind if i gots some of the feelings i used to get.

I am getting what looks like Camera flashes, and sudden vison flashes.

About 6 months ago i saw thro my closed eyes quite a few times and a few things did apear one wich is my fav was what looked like a gate way with Hiroglifs, sorry about spelling its my downfall lol

I have read Astral Dynamics and reading thro again, its all makeing more sence this time thro, But I cant figure out why i am compleatly stuck?

Any ideas or sugestions would be greatfully recived!

Hi all just signed up, hoping to learn lots and to share experiences.

I am a psychic/medium living in the UK.

For the last two years I have been working in the UK paranormal TV.

I do many investigations, looking for Ghosts as well as helping those trapped. As well as this I give talks across the UK and hold online classes as well as development circles.

I have my own website and forum, my true love is spiritual development.

My first astral projection was when I was a small boy, and countless projections since.

I am currently studying hard Projection subjects and on my second read of Astral Dynamics by Robert, who I believe owns this forum.

I am experimenting with the Betagen and the waves at the moment with out any success, but working at it.

In the past I have had more success but at the moment I seam to be stuck in my body.

So by reading and sharing I am hoping to find some help and ideas.

Thanks Sampson, i to am reading and i guess preparing for the big leap, i have many answers and a very strong disire to explore and learn.

After many weeks of nothing, i am begining to feel energy changes and slight wobbles.

Last night altho my intention was to sleep, it almost became daylight in my room, lots of not! flashes but light and little bright lights almost like car headlights, lots of swerling masses of light.

As i work in the spiritual and paranormal i am used to seeing spirit lights and movement, but this was some how different.

I usualy wait untill my vison opens then i drop of to sleep.

I will be doing two more practices to day, I realy need to learn more about energys ect, so any usefull links would be much apreciated thanks []

Well i tryed disc 1 of monroe's gateway stuff with the best results so far, so thanks for that everyone!

Only problem i do find is when he starts to talk it make me jump a little.

I have found that listning to something focuses me, so its a good thing.

I did obtain a copy and free files and used them for two weeks twice a day, to be honest with you i started getting headaches and like you said just some weird stuff that wasnt Full AP.

My concirn was messing with the brains paterns.

Still had a good solid AP last night with no betagen lol

I went thro a very bad patch once where thro medication and excess drinking, negativity and deep depression! I found to my horror this dark brown oily creature that had been formed, I took great strength and curage to face it head on, its gone now thank fully.

Thro my spiritual stuidies thought is very real, and i agree with the above posts!

I remember once looking at myself lying on the bed, when a darker vesion of me sat up and grinned, scared the hell out of me, i shot out of my body in full C, then i felt something tickling my legs like water as i looked around i could see my legs floating thro the bath room wall!

I have had two genuine neg attacks in the last six months whilst out my body, I am trying to train myself to be firm with them as Robert says in his Psychic Defence book, there realy isnt much they can do to you, our pure spirit cant be harmed!

One word! Keep cool brother lol[]

Some of these flashes are so bright they make me jump some times!

As i am very clairvoyant and work in UK TV this makes sense, but as above its on holiday at the moment lol

Last nights projection left me a little unerved this morning, Hands above my head i was traveling at very high speed straight up like i was trying to escape from something, lots of words of prayer as i got faster and faster, i could feel the force of what ever passing my projected body! far to clear and all senses working for it to be a dream, I kinda got the impression there was a Neg about, almost like arms around me trying to stop me and as i loosened my grip i could feel an energy almost holding onto my feet dragging me back, If it hadnt have been on the edge of worry, i would have enjoyed the flight bit like superman shooting up!

But as with all these experences i can never make any sence of them, its just the experences, Most mornings i wake and feel like i have been living another totaly seperate life, as they are so real.

As the memorys are so clear in every detail they leave me feeling that they did realy happen, so it takes a bit of balancing during the day.

By far the coolest i have experenced was sudden click when waking and seeing into another room, the clarity was even better than my normal vison, This was with my eye lids closed, if my clarvoyant vison was that clear i would be a very happy bunny!

I drifted back of to sleep, then it happened a second time, same room, lots of old wood pannels like an old place.

On a third occasion faster than i could think i was at my window looking out on the roof! again my head under the pillow, (thats how i do it so no light gets to my eyes) the view was crystal clear, I did note two differences, that the Astral vison showed me the brick work and roof much brighter than realy as it was begining to get dark it was still sunny in this vision, also that the window i was looking out of was open, in realality it was shut, but again the clarity was stunning.

One last tale, was recently i was on a brake in a cheap B&B I was napping on my bed when this Moter Bike zoomed up to the lights three floors down from my room, I projected instantly to about 15 foot above the road, again clear vison i could see this yellow bike and saw it leave when the lights changed, then i was back in my bed.

I have done this a few times in deep meditation where there is a sound and faster than i can think was there looking at it.
I do find the 3d wrap on vison interesting when a spirit walks behind you and you see them from what is like the back of your head, I belive Robert has spoken of this that you vison is 360.

Anyway enough of my rambling i am off for some more AP training []

I have had at least two major shifts changes since then that i am aware of.

Currently i am shifting again, most of my mediumistic vision has gone out the window for now, so awaiting the retune.

Hate being in the dark i am a very visual person.

Can you explain a little bit what you mean inwards, i understand that! but not how to!

I realy should keep a dream diary, Had some great stuff in the last week, my fav was flying in a hellcopter, extreamly clear lots of hovering, taking off and landings. top marks for that one.

I do get a hell of a lot of symbolic dreams, some are so darn wierd i just shrug at them, i cant make head nor tail of them.

One i did have the other night was i was bleeding tones, figured that one out i think.

I have been sleeping about 9-10 hours a night at the moment more that i usualy do, my guide assures me that i am doing a lot of work in the higher planes, buggered if i can remember any of it sadly.

Also been told when my attunement is compleat i will see more etc.
Hope so as i dont like being in this state at the moment.

Wondering if this lock out of gifts has anything to do with non projection?
