Hello. Im 14 and my name is David. I've always had an intrest in Telepathy/Telekinesis since about 5th grade. I've never actually gone in depth to try anything, but I've always wanted to. I guess I could say my skepticism held me back. Ive never found a clear source to explain how I could start using these powers. Can everyone use them? I've recently been fueled by my mind to look into this topic again, because of some strange things happening to me. I've been having extremely odd...disturbing and scary dreams. Mostly all taking place in the same setting. Also, I've been sleepwalking a lot. I am alone alot, and have alot of time to do absolutly nothing. I'd like to know how to get started. Please help me out.
