I channel "universal" healing through my hands, and try to feel where the illness is

"Universal" healing - is this like reiki?  And how exactly do you feel where the illness is?  I have heard some say that the area of illness is warmer - is this how it is for you, or is it more of a psychic kinda thing?

Yes, I did about 6 months of secondary work before starting chakra work.  In the Mystic Heart healing method, RB says to drag energy up to the heart chakra and then push it down through the arms.  Eventually, the chakra collects enough energy to make it strobe - wouldn't it be easier to make it strobe if you just drag energy to the chakra and leave it there?

I'm confused - in Astral Dynamics RB warns against overstimulating the chakras, but then in Healing with the Heart he says "the Mystic Heart method involves stimulating the heart center (heart chakra) to the point where it will strobe."  Why isn't this classified as overstimulating?  I mean, is it actually possible to stimulate a chakra beyond a strobe?

I've been working on my chakras for a couple of months and I now
have some questions.

How do I make the chakras strobe?
Do I just try to fill them or do I have to drag the energy through
them?, for example through the heart chakra and then through the
arms.
Is it safe to just fill the chakras?
If I don't direct the energy down my arms what will happen to it
when the chakra strobes?  Where will it go?
Will strobing my heart chakra help me to heal myself?  Is it better
for self-healing than just raising and storing energy in the sub-navel
storage centre?
How will I know if I'm filling the heart chakra or whether I'm filling
what RB in Astral Dynamics calls the sub-heart storage centre?
Same for brow chakra - how will I know if I'm filling the brow chakra
or whether I'm filling what RB calls the sub-brow storage centre?
Do all the chakras strobe?

Hey all,

      I have a bad chest condition that I am trying to heal with NEW (I recently posted a topic on the Energy Body Development forum).  I would like to do astral projection, but I thought I should wait until I have healed.  But, then I thought, perhaps some aspect of astral projection could help me to heal?  What do you think?

     I have a bad chest condition that I am trying to cure using NEW.  I have read in many other places that illnesses are a result of energy blockages.  So, I have been trying to find an energy blockage that could be causing my chest condition.  I have been working on my hands and arms, feet and legs for some time now, but I have found no energy blockages there.  Could there perhaps be any energy blockage within my chest?  If there is, how can I safely work on my chest without stimulating my primary energy centres?

Thanks for the info.  I'll look out for those books.  I did a quick search on my local library website and unfortunately they don't have them.  If I can't find them anywhere else I'll just buy a copy from Amazon or somewhere.  Thanks again,
