Thank goodness someone mentioned A Waking Life. Great flick. Another, that I hadn't seen mentioned yet, was Donnie Darko. Not exactly an AP movie, but very twisty, and somber. Thought provoking too I guess.

For the record, I'm not a female. That being said, I cannot depose to know what it's like, and for that I'm thankful. But, I just wanted to comment on what I've personally found helpful when I am ill (not that PMS means your ill, just that when the body is healing and cleansing itself, I think it might be related).

I've found it quite helpful to continue to actively engage in meditation. When I'm sick, doing a self healing type of meditation seems to make the most sense to me. It helps to both release the poisons that my body is trying to shed, to relieve some of the pain and suffering that goes on, and to quicken the healing process. I'm a firm believer in the concept of 'flushing' the energy systems in the body. The more energy I can get flowing in and out at these times, the quicker and easier the whole process goes.

As for yoga, kinda out on that one too. If forced to comment, I would say not to begin it while you are sick or menstruating. But, if your body has been given adequate time to cope with the yoga, and you limit it's practice to the, less strenuous exercises during those times of the month, it should continue to be very beneficial to your bodies overall wellbeing. If it starts causing pain, then you may want to lighten up a bit.
All in all I'd say that anything you can do to help move energy, specifically healing type of energy, throughout your body at these times, then go for it, and listen to what your body is telling ya.

Off hand I do not know of any 'cure-all' defense against these, but I have experienced them before as has my brother. When I saw it though, I was, what I thought anyways, in a dream. It was less like black, and more like a complete void. As it drew closer I could feel the paralyzing emptiness in all my emotions and thoughts. Of course, when I woke up I was terrified.

From what I have seen, things like this tend to feed on our fears, or rather our fears reduce our ability to cope with them. Either way, typically if you ask for assistance, it comes if needed. There is much information out there regarding psychic self defense (I think someone has a book called that). And it never hurts to perform a blessing on a house either. Visualization and exercising your imagination can be powerful allies. The course you would take depends on your religion / spiritual beliefs... almost every one has techniques for dealing with such things.

Don't immediately think that this thing was bad though. It could very well have more to do with your relative vibrational frequencies, and less with intent. Like seeing someone or something through the fog.

Whenever you use items to assist in spiritual endeavors, there are some things to consider. Yes, the effectivness of what you are trying to do may increase, but there are always side-effects. And reliance on things outside of yourself is just a risky thing to do. Take black onyx for example. Good for protection they say. It helps to ground you. Well, it also flattens your emotions (part of grounding). So, even though it may protect you from harmful emotions / entities, it may also reduce the better parts of the experiences. I don't think grounding is what your looking for when you project, so I'd stick to asking for assistance, protection, and a better / clearer understanding of what your seeing.

I've been noticing alot of changes in this country (US) that I'm not too happy about. Martial Law, and fascism aren't that far off from each other. In Tarot, the death card, typically symbolizes change does it not? I'm not sure what Oazaki said was gonna happen etc. but I have noticed that several prediction are difficult to relate in physical terms due to their symbolic nature. As far as the Civil War goes, I wouldn't be countin that one out yet. Civil unrest begets Civil war.

Seriously though. If you can remember which direction the wind was going at the time, that will help determine whether engine noise should be present or not. Temperature inversions, moisture in the air, and altitude play large factors in how well the sound would radiate. At low RPM's, several commercial (and especially military) aircraft do not make much noise.

In my area we have a turbo-helo for medical transports that flies all over the place. One night I was in the field out back of my parents and noticed a blinding white light come flying over the woods. Absolutely no sound, then it swooped over the field coming right at me. I was like "oh great, another UFO...". As it passed my location, then I heard the thumping and the turbo (high pitched wheezing sound) and realized they were'nt gonna take me back to the mother ship tonight.

There was however, another night, close to a Naval weapons station, that I saw what I assumed to be a re-entry of a missle, or something to that effect. For the distance, it was around 10x as bright as typical landing lights, and seemed to be going sideways in the sky. Then, it stopped, and shot back up, made a 90 degree turn and shot off with no acceleration curve (didn't gradually speed up, just instantly full speed). The same night, there were several reports of missing time, UFO's in the air (called in to local radio stations), and I myself missed a concert from the missing time (I remember everything but what concert it was, funny eh?). So, I kinda am leading toward that one being a UFO.

Several of us would like to see an alien spacecraft, and most people that have been aboard them, are scared to death of them. Several things that we see, we call them aliens, but they aren't. What I'm gettin at is exhaust other standard avenues and explanations. When they fail, go with what's in your heart. And sometimes, go with what's in your heart over what you are told or what you see / hear. I doubt it was light from Venus reflecting off swampgas around a weather baloon held in place by a geosynchronous satellite who's orbit was decaying. So if some dudes dressed in black are tryin to sell ya that one, tazer 'em and call the Discovery channel.
