hey you all...

i'm finding Robert Bruce's obe methods, and obe in general, takes a lot of concentration... if i dont' focus my mind wanders, and doing like whirl and stuff is like lifting weights for the mind... i'll get it though... it takes concentration and regular practice, and good relaxation and determination...

hey... this is a vry good book on OBE... very down to earth with simple directions... meets his mother after she dies...

i just experimented with the feet a bit... i can see the relevance... thank you for sharing... i'll update you with anything else...

hey all...

i did that astral dynamics relaxation method... it worked well and i found it good to tense for the five seconds and then relax for 10 seconds... if not my mind definitely wandered if i just relaxed without the count...

would you share an experience you've had from counting your breaths as you go to sleep?

Secondly, have you gotten OBE by doing this?
