I've had dreams somewhat like those dreams except less apocalyptic and I never got killed or hurt. In some of them I would be driving (I won't have a drivers license for 3 years!) and I would be trying to get away from a tornado and all my friends were there and as we escaped the tornado, we would celebrate getting away, then the dream would end. Or a dream (this was when I was about 7 or 8) where my cousins, my aunt, my mom, and I where in terrible storm (thunderstorm) and we could find our car(s) and practically we were in tears because of that. Finally, I've had a dream where there was another terrible tstorm and my family was outside without worry of anything, and there was no rain. These aren't apocalyptic, but they have to do with weather acting and affecting my family weirdly (as if there is no worry of injury or death).

Welcome to Astral Chat! / extremely unusual pics

wow, does your house have a history of anyone dieing there. If so, maybe whoever died there died peacefully after living a good life. I still don't get why taking pictures would upset spirits though.

Welcome to Dreams! / Re: Dream interpretation

Quote from: Tony M.Maybe somebody can help me with this.

For years now I've been having dreams in which I'm escaping from something or someone. These are not scary dreams, but they are more adventurous, although sometimes I wake up sweating.

These dreams are the red line in my dream life for maybe 5 years now (maybe even longer).
I'm escaping from the police, I'm in car chases, I'm being chased by groups of people or even orcs (Lord of the Rings), I'm fleeing because I committed a murder or because I robbed a bank.

What can this all mean?

OK, what your dreams maybe mean us that something has happened that maybe something you don't like or something that you have been procrastinating is catching up to you (the chases). Maybe you feel guilty for not living up to someones standards, a lifelong dream of yours, or maybe your afraid of a situation that you do not feel comfortable in and you are trying run away from that.

Welcome to Metaphysics! / End of the world ???
October 18, 2004, 17:03:38
this is no fair!!! if the world ends in 3-5 years I will never graduate and never become an adult and plus why would the world end at it's 2000th year and the human race at their over 4000th or something years, it's unethical to tell people that the world is going to end and put the world into a frenzy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, last night I feel asleep late (12:00 A.M., but I'm in school) and I left the light on. The dream I had (which lasted until I had to get ready to go to school) started maybe 3 hours into my sleep and the dream started as a series of dreams I've had; I would get on illogical ride in wilderness or anything where I slide on a random track made but the ride lasted maybe 4 seconds compared to 13 mins (approximately) last night. It started where my dad and I were heading to Buffalo, NY (I live near Buffalo, NY) but somehow we were heading into the wilderness and I slipped (Hint: start of ride) on leaves. In front, of me, going down this steep hill, there was a river. I was thinking that "This is no big deal, I'll swim to the surface and continue this ride" but when I fell into the river, I sank to the bottom at a surprisingly fast rate like pressure in water was never there and that density never existed either. About 1 week before the dream I had learned about buoyancy and pressure underwater in Earth Science (which I'm taking in 8th grade). Why does our sub-conscience bend reality? :?:  Please respond with your opinion.
