I just experienced something in the bathroom, while washing my hands, so I thought I'd come on this board and relay what happened and what has been happening to me in my spiritual awakening these last couple of months.

A couple of weeks ago, after being deprived of sleep for a couple of days due to exams, I experienced my first fully conscious out of body experience.  It was amazing, and incredibly scary.  I can relate it to one's entire vision being sucked out like a funnel, and with this experience, the sounds of my screaming were muffled by the sounds of other screams.  It sounded like tormented souls.. I was a little jolted with fear, but I had read about strange sounds upon exit, so I took it quite well.  Since this event, I've felt that I am moe sensitive to anything metaphysical.  It is quite a breakthrough for me, having left my body before, but never remembering the actual exit.

I think I am making incredible leaps in my current spiritual development.  I feel as though I have a decent handle on our universe, in terms of we humans as soon to be galactic travelers, as well as our current spiritual position before the Age of Aquarius.  I received a Tarot card set and book a week ago, and have conducted several readings, including the possibility of an upcoming poleshift, as well as my current incarnation.  The readings were incredibly precise, and I regard the book and cards as Holy, leaving it by my bed while I sleep at night.

Lately, at night, if I just focus on the darkness behind my eyelids, I've noticed many things.  Instead of trying to see with only my eyes, I try to use my entire body to aid in vision.  It has been known, through studying the likes of the blind, that the entire skin layer of the human body is able to detect single photons of light called quantums.  It is a strange feeling, but I'm getting used to it.. seeing with the body instead of the eyes.

Now, when I stare into the black void beyong my eyelids.. I notice white shades of energy moving around.  Just last nite, it appeared that it wasn't stray energy, but rather living entities zipping around my body.  When I'd directly look at one of them, they'd zip around my body to a new location faster than I could follow.  I do not fear these beings, because they look even more curious than myself.

I suppose I'm rambling because I just realized I can't really put everything I've experienced into words, at least not at this time, so I'll relate what I originally intended to post: the bathroom incident.

I am a smoker, and I've noticed that after nights where I heal my entire body, including my lungs (I've been attuned to Kundalini Reiki energies), one cigarette is enough to send me into a string of hardcore coughing.  The healing works, as my lungs occasionally feel like they are virgin in nature.  Well, roughly fifteen minutes ago, after coughing a bit into my hand in front of the sink, suddenly in my peripheral vision, tiny blackish/whitish streaks were all over the place.. flowing similar to a Sin wave.  Does anyone know what this is?  I had a couple of ideas.. perhaps what I coughed out has an energy manifestation of its own?  I have no idea, to be honest.

Anyhow, whoever reads this, how are your developments coming along?  I've just incorporated Mandala's into my daily morning meditations.  The Mandala is amazing, and I experience strange distortions in reality after looking at it but 5 minutes.  Share with me!

i've been working on my energy body/chakras lately, and just today i fully felt several of my chakras through humming different notes.  my question is:

what do you do when you feel a bump or spasm in your energy body?  say, i feel a perturbance suddenly on my left top shoulder.. what should i do?  direct energy from a chakra to that area?  what are these bumps anyhow?

in a recent movie/tv show i've seen (japanese anime) dealing with a spiritual subject, the main character, a young girl, upon seeing she might have been inflicted with something evil, looks in her pocket and grabs a single strip of paper.  she seemed surprise but then tore it up.. cleansing herself of the affliction.  i thought nothing of this when i first saw it, until yesterday..

i was feeling particularly ripe with nrg yesterday, walkin around my college campus, when i subconcsiously put my hand in my pocket.  when i pulled it out, a random piece of paper i dont remember putting in there flew to my hand and went with it as i pulled my hand out.  i did not grab it, rather it stuck to me.. i was confused.. and my first instinct lead me to slowly rip it in half and toss it.

then.. i remember the show/movie i saw that from.  so i got an idea, might as well create two more strips and put them in my pocket..

as a little background, in my particular college, we've got some definite spirits around.. poltergeist type stuff along with weird feelings and dreams at night.  

anyhow, later that night, we're riding the elevator.. and we feel a very heavy rising feeling, and the entire elevator lifted up on its own.. and when we got tot he top.. i then realized my hand was already in my pocket fingering the paper.. but i couldnt tell if it meant anything at all?

anyone hear of or experience anything similar?

i wasnt sure where to put this post, but i'll just throw it here.. and leave it to the moderators for that job..
a famous hypnotist came to our school and showed off his skill by making otherwise timid participants do wild and crazy things on stage.. it was great and all, but i was DEEPLY interested in the music he used to put these volunteers into their trance.  it was unlike any other soothing music i have heard, and it honestly put the entire crowd of thousands to a calm blissful state.  his name is tom deluca (tomdeluca.com).. and my question(s) is this:  has anyone seen this show?  if so, do you remember the soothing lullaby type music?  and PLEASE, do you know the name of it or a place i can purchase this music?

i honestly think this music could help with any endeavor on this board.. energy work, meditation, astral projection, anything.  

but.. if none of you are aware of this guy and the music he used, does anyone have any suggestions for a cd that has soothing slow lullabys to calm the mind into other states of awareness? (no voice track if possible, i like to prod my own mind)

this happened last nite.. it was kind of freaky, yet reassuring..

well, in other posts i have mentioned that i either leave my body, obtain astral sight, experience hypnotic imagery, or lucid dream every night.  i experience at least one of these things every night now.

anyhow, i was trying to fall asleep last nite.  suddenly i awoke with a shaking feeling, and it was quite startling only because i usually never remember leaving my body.. usually i obtain astral sight and then roll out or will myself to fly up.  anyhow, this trembling began to instill fear in me, especially since i had no astral sight yet and it was pitch black in front of my eyes.  i began to panic, and tried to move, but couldnt.  i realized that i was having a sleep paralysis type phenomenon, but i was extremely terrified. (this was one night after i saw a weird eerie strange guy on my back porch in astral sight, so i was kind of paranoid for no reason).

in this self induced panic, i screamed out in absolute terror for my spirit guide/s.  i said something like, "Please!  Help me spirit guide, help!"  i really meant it.  suddenly there was a flash of white light real quick in my eyelids and in a very strange voice (almost robotic, at least tahts what i first thought) someone replied, "Move to a different position, roll over!"  i could barely make it out, but i heard that.  anyhow, this voice freaked me out even more, but i slowly stared to regain control of my body.  for some reason, if this were to happen during the day i wouldnt be the least bit afraid.  i have yet to overcome my fear of any phenomenon at night.

now, my question:  has anyone heard their spirit guide actually use voice communication in your head to communicate something to you?  if so, what did it sound like?  im wondering if i had a real communicado with my spirit guide.

i fell asleep after work today, and i woke up with a strange sensation.  lately, i've been automatically going into astral sight almost every time i go to bed.  i was asleep, and awoke with my eyelids still closed, and i noticed that an image was appearing on my eyelids.  i have heard about these before, and i had my first of them this morning on break at work when i was napping (it was an image of the same building i was staring at when i dozed off).

anyhow, so i woke up, saw that an image was forming.. messed with my foucs for just a split second and BOOM, the whole image appeared instantly.  it was of a man seated on my back porch, but his face was heavily distorted, it looked like he had three eyes, 2 where he should have them and i believe one at his third eye chakra.  my first instinct upon looking at this guy was that he was very important and full of wisdom.  suddenly this image started to scare me and i felt my face contorting that of fear.. and the image started to fade away.. but then i realized that i was acting silly, and began to 'love' the thing i was seeing, and the image slowly came back again.. this time the man appeared different, i think in a better light, then i opened my eyes.

the weird thing was, unlike the image i had seen before on break of a building, this was a moving image.  the man was sitted down and was obviously tryin to communicate with me with his hands.  he was making strange hand motions that i could not recognize.

is there anythin special about this?

the sudden influx of souls, in regards to your 'eternal soul' question, is only a question if you STILL believe that we're the only intelligent life form on this planet.  if you look at it logically, then you'll have to eventually come to the understanding that there ARE other lifeforms in this vast universe, and yes, we are but children compared to them.

the sudden influx of souls then?  my belief:  people from all around the universe planned their incarnation on this planet for this particular time period.  but why?  i havent the slightest.

some say end of days:  they want the free fireworks show.

others believe that the planet earth is scheduled for a density shift (from third to fourth), and the sudden influx of souls has to do with incarnates wanting to hurry up and learn lessons the hardway.  because, as you know, earth is the planet of sorrows.  there is no other planet with such rampant negativity.

I have derived a new method of serious trance or meditation work.  It came to me in an epiphony, but it almost felt like a spirit guide placed clues there for me to stumble upon it.

The theory behind this technique is that at one time or another, we all knew how to meditate.  If you believe this like me, then you shouldn't have much trouble trying this out.

Just find a nice place to relax, but try this instead of your normal method.  Envision in your minds eye, as vivid as possible, your astral self / etheric self in the lotus position meditating.  So instead of trying to meditate physically, try to spiritualy meditate.

I noticed, on my own short experience with this technique, that it is much easier than trying to meditate on your own.  Often thinking of your astral body meditating is enough to bring about zero thought and pure contemplation.  Please let me know how you did with this.

Well, I'll recount the full day, because it is quite eventful in every aspect of various dicussions on this board and others (im pasting this discussion to bruce's site as well as astralsociety forums).

The day started out with the nice urge to meditate outsite.  I haven't done this ever, seriously like I did this afternoon, but it was most beneficial.  After just 10 seconds of quiet intimate thought with myself outside (and wow, it's so easy to do in nature), I couldnt help but notice the AMAZING sight as I looked up into the sky.  On a side note, I'll tell you my technique:

Imagine your head completely hollow, and then imagine a triangle or pyramid (depending on your visual skills) inside of your head still or rotating (again, depending on your visual skills) with the Eye of God (all that is) at the top of it.  This is what I did.

Back to what i saw:
It looked ilke white ball/entitys flying around sporatically in the blue sky against the sun.  EVERY part of the sky was filled, after mild concentration, with white balls or beings of what appeared to be 'energy' in some form, floating around in different patterns filling up the sky.  I have never seen stuff to this extent, although lately i've noticed that I pick up strange and interesting things in the peripherial.  Anyhow, lesson learned:  meditation outside in nature (fully including a bright/sunny day with sounds of REAL nature around you) is the easiest envirenment to become more 'aware', provided you have the right mindset.  My mindset is unconditional love to everything, including negatives.

Anyhow, I experienced that for the first time, wonderful.  The second is what I'm about to recount.

Like many others before and around me, I've changed since high school.  And I remember being extremely horrible to a particular person that did not deserve anything I dished out.  I am almost bipoloar in that aspect, I was a horrible child/youth but have since learned the hardway that I was horribly wrong.  Anyhow, this particular person, who I'd seen recently, was in my head because i couldnt help but think about how i was a complete moron to this person.  So i vowed in my head that i would apologize to him sometime.  Just this night, plans happenly work out to hang out with him somehow (first time in 4 years probably), and i'll tell you what happened at his house.

In his basement, in the quiet country of my city (northeast ohio, it gets isolated and 'old' real quick), I sensed 'something'.  In this area, I felt a huge presence, or a sort of high energy field.  And right away, thoughts of psychic self defense came real quick.  Some of the various things I experienced that night was telepathy (in mind only?) with the person I was seeking forgivenes.  Along with that, negatiive entity type stuff flying around in front of me seemed to run into a part of my body and create a sort of surge.  I could actually feel myself changing about encountering this stuff (which i then came to think, hey, this is how negativity affects you without taking your freewill).  I hope u can understand that it was indisputable.  Well, to make things short (this is an extremely long post, and its late) the best psychic self defense i came up with was to love everything in sight (back to my last comment, my view on things: unconditional love).  Immediately, after changing my attitude on myself, and everything around me, the negative energy/entity attacks ceased, and i even mustered the courage to call on my spirit guides.  After that, I even recalled hearing an inner voice inside of me, speaking in a way that i would never speak, almost combating and yelling at the negative effects around me.  I felt a strong almost past life or inner higher self speaking out and helping my view.

BUT, in the end:  I was able to apologize to someone I had been meaning to, someone that i had done wrong in the past who didnt deserve it, and in turn remaking a friend that has had so much in common with me this whole time(even in terms of this kind of stuff, self hypnosis was his current interest).

The day was eventful.  In the large scope, I have learned:  If you ask, you will receive; in some form or another.

Hrm, anyone know anything about headaches?  I have had minor headaches for about 2 weeks now, and during that same time frame, I've been noticing that I see many strange things in my peripherial vision.  You know, like something moving by, then when you turn towards it, its gone.  Anyone have experience with this?  My gut is telling me that I'm excercising parts of my brain and vision that I have not used before.

On a previous post, I was speaking on my night terrors that involved recursive OOBEs about a demonic type figure in my basement.  This happened years ago.  Well, while ghost hunting with my digital camera, I was able to capture an orb in the basement after a few clicks in a picture, but it wasn't the normal white.  This one was a bright neon green.  Does that show a more evolved entity?  And, to top things off, a vent that leads to that general location, upstairs in the family room, is an area that our puppy will not go to, but if forced, will get on all fours and sort of creep low towards it.  Possible neg?

Night terrors, anyone experience them before?  

I'll relate some of my personal experiences in this area.  If anyone has any thoughts on it, I'd love to hear it, because it mystifies me to this day.

It happened for a couple of months.  In the middle of the night (I was about 8-10 years old at this time, perhaps 12?), I would awake my entire household by my screams.. I'd have a glazed look in my eye and a look of extreme terror would come over my face.. I would not even notice or see my parents/sister trying to calm me down.. I'd be thrashing around my bed for no apparent reason.

Now, I had never thought anything of it.. but recently I read a book about night terrors, and a possible theory was that it was an extreme form of natural OBE/Astral Projection.  As I read this book, it suddenly made sense.

While I was in this weird trance/scary state, I would always have the same reoccuring dream.  I would be in my basement, it would be pitch black and I'd be staring at this humanoid demon (the best way I can describe it).  It was the most horrible thing I've ever seen I think, I can somewhat remember it vividly to this day.  I remember a form of dialogue or communication, but I would only remember the scariest parts about it (mainly just the dead staring at each other).  
And what further pushes me to think it was an obe event:  I remember having the feeling of 'dual' presence.. meaning I remember seeing myself screaming and putting up a fuss at what seemed to be nothing AND I also remember being in my basement with the evil thing.

If it was an OBE, I'm just hoping that what I saw was a figment of my own fear.  I can't help but think it could also have been a real negative entity, because as I grew up, looking back (I'm 19 now), a lot of negativity seemed to eminate from myself.

It's long, and I apologize.. but, any thoughts?

I believe neither.  I feel that he'd be most at home as a Buddhist, if he were to classify himself in an Earthly religion.  You can skip all of that and go directly to the Source if you wish, and I'd like to think he'd do that.

I agree.  It is very hard to look at things objectively.  As humans, we tend to mold and cup things to our liking, and this ideology seems to be carried over into our non-physical states (dreaming, oobe, etc).  In my opinion, dreaming, lucid dreaming, and astral projection are very close in nature.  The only difference lies in perspective and realization of one's self to a certain degree... in my opinion.  I still have not obtained that objective view of things when in these states, but I am young, and through years of meditation I expect and hope to attain this perspective in the next 10 years.

it seems people are confused by the word Allah.. it is not a separate entity from that of the Christian God, but rather a translation of the same exact deity... the difference lies in language... so you can simply put it like this:

God == Yahewa == Allah
If people were to read the Koran in its English translation, it is very hard to differentiate it and the Bible at first glance.  It sounds and looks the same.

Jesus, on the other hand, is considered a starchild/ascended master like Buddha, Quan Yin, and Muhammed.  

Another analogy is this:
Jesus:God::Muhammed:Allah

Interesting quiz.. I came away with a score in the high nineties.. one particular question stole my attention.. the eye color one?  hazel, grey, or green?  i was born with grey eyes.. they slowly faded to light brown as I became older.. and they even occasionally change between light and dark brown nowadays, depending on my mood.  Anyone else currently have grey eyes or had them as a baby?

Alone, its hard to swallow.  I have to wonder though, in other works, the common message of earth's plane in a transition phase rings true with zetatalk.  They dont contest that the aliens on planetx are causing this, rather, a cyclic cycle and a chance for Earth to evolve spiritually.  I believe a poleshift is eminent, but I am not sure of the date.  Mayans say 2012, but I've heard that 2003 is the Gregorian shift date.

It's definitely interesting to think about..

okay, my explanation up top was kind of rushed.. i apologize.. the premise was that a possible neg attatchment was thwarted because it was transferred to the small piece of paper in my pocket from my left hand, then torn in half to break it off completely.. i saw this idea in a tv show but it really happened to me a couple of days ago.. i konw its hard to believe.. i understand that.. but i cant say that i did not feel the paper 'come' to my hand by itself.. i still remember that feeling.. i was confused and amazed..
