Thank you all for your Replies I'm going to sign up for the level 1 attunement and thank you for warning me about how getting the higher levels before I'm ready is dangerous.

I am wondering if this place would be a good place to become attuned to Reiki http://reiki.net/ I want to be able to help people by healing them and I just want some opinions on who should attune me.

I am new to body energy and I am at the begging stages of learning and becoming spiritually aware, I believe that what you are saying is true because I have dreamed or thought about something only to have it happen later and It seems that I have done it before exactly in the same way I carry it out at the time. It is a weird feeling.

I believe that it is probably energy people have described it as a heavy weight, tingling, pulsing, heat, or even cold as described from the New Energy guide. (my opinion is no substitute for a doctors advice however) But it is most likely energy that you are feeling If I understand your post correctly.
