thanx, ill defanantly try that.  Also, another thing is that im not very good at imagining things, so i dont know weather i would be able to charge up like that, but guess i gotta build up my imagining skills.  I can feel the tingle just using my own power, rather than the power that i absorb, but i dont know weather that would have the same results.  DOnt know, ill defanantly try though, thanx

Ok, im sure this has been explained b4, but i am new... actually, this is my first topic/reply/anything, i just joined.  Until about a month ago, i thought all this stuff was complete crap... but i decided to give it a go.  I have had some success, but not much.  Right now im trying to learn how to make a psi ball (or ki ball as ive heard it called to).  But, its not working, i can feel energy, but not enough to do anything.  Am i not doing it right? or what? if you dont want to tell me, just direct me in the right direction, but reply's directly would be a nice gesture.  my technique i use is;
cup hands, imagine ball, ball should appear... but, not working so to speak.  I also am not sure how to harness energy, i cant just "charge up" so to speak.  i didnt know exatly where to post this, but i thought this sounded right.  Thanx for anybody who decides to reply
