I've been reading about all these things like noticing and all these f12's and f10's and phasing and I was just wondering what they all are???

yeah it hurt, I thought I was having a heart attack I was terrified I thought I was going to die and I almost gave up I was thinking stuff like oh well lets see whats next but then it just stopped

Lol okay I know my description of what happened to me wasn't very organized or anything but I would REALLY appreciate it if someone could tell me what happened to me because i'm afraid to try to astral project again.

Yo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm Jordan and i'm 15.... umm.. i've been interested in metaphysics for about.. 5 years... when I was really young I could turn lights off and on with my mind but then I just kind of...... lost that ability... I got interested in all this stuff because I want that ability back

I was REALLY REALLY tired but it was noon so I wanted to stay awake but I just laid down on the floor to rest with my eyes closed the next thing I know i'm VERY VERY relaxed so I tried to astral project and then I started to feel vibrations coming from my heart like really really strong pulses and it wasn't the vibrations that you usually get from projecting because they were WAAAAYYY stronger and I had my eyes closed and the pulses kept coming and I could feel my heart beat like 3 times every second and I could "see" the pulses going through my arms and down my legs and then it started to feel like it was on fire and I tried to get up and move but I couldn't and I tried to talk but I couldn't even do that and after about 20 seconds it stopped.....
Ugghhhh it was pretty scary....
Can anyone tell me WTF this is???
