I would like to share my experience. The last time I astral traveled was 20 years ago. The experience was liberating and wonderful.....until the very last moments when my hooded figure was about to take off his hood.
At first I did not notice he was flying beside me until I looked to my side and there he was. We had conversation telepathically. When we landed it was in a park and I asked him who he was....he asked me if I was sure I was ready to find out. I said that I was but at the last moment...as his hands lifted to lower his hood....I got really scarred and snapped back into my body
