i have read something that has helped me out a lot.
it doesnt give answers on how to project or anything. but it has helped me grow in a sense that i understand everything a lot better.
with all this understanding plays a big part in trying to do things psychic at least thats what i found.
its called the Celestine Prophecy.
its a Peruvian Manusricpt and it tells you about 9 insghts, all are different and each one comes sequesntialy.
the first one is nothing is coincidence and that things happen for a reason.
second is how our train of thought came about and how we think like we do today.
third one is about how everything is basicaly made up of energy. when you read it (its basiclay a story that you can follow and try yourself) the one guy actualy tells you how to see your own energy.
i tried it and it worked.

i thought you would like to read this an see if it helped you.

and i didnt find this as a coincidince either as it was the first thing that  i found on the page.

Well i personally think that you are to good for people.
The exact same happend to me but instead of doing anything i kept on being their friend.
We do live in different countries so it would be a bit different.
They did abuse me verbaly never physically since i was never scared to hit someone if they put me over the edge.
they knew that. But nevertheless i stayed friends with them an over the times my worst enemies became my best friends.
They have said so themselves and they have showed it.
Some decided since i ain't going to do anything they became my best friends. It was very difficult emotionally scarred and so forth.
Motivation comes from within.
It is a decision that one must take in life which is the hardest they have taken. Its the decision to Live. I read this in a book called Living Druidry.
The question took me by surprise. It is very difficult to maintain your decision if you choose to live.
I get my motivation from life and people around me. i think as well that you might be going through a slump in your life which i have recently come out of.
Spiritual energy can do nothing for you unless you decide that you are going to change your life and live.
Thats my opinion.

Hi.
I'm  not sure if this is in the right forum.
But anyway.
lately iv noticed an increase in my abilities.
Some of which have returned.
About 4 years ago i started Psionics.
i knew i had abilities an practiced them continuously.
However the way i got most of them weren't opened in good intentions.
and i hurt a lot of people which i later acknowledged and i gave up most of them. the ones i gave up were all energy and psychic related.
my minds eye too closed.
what i did ask for though is for me to get them back but in good intention.
and what has happened is that i think it may be happening.
i have waited a year but thats how long its been for me to sort myself out.
I'm able again to scan people and my psychic awareness "has gone through the roof" basically.
iv got 3 back so far. i know you cant stop your abilities.
what i did is stop doing it and basically put it in a casket an bury it.
so I'm wandering if they are really coming back or not.
as I'm able to have premonitions again.

however  it may be that your third eye may be open.
mine is and i can totaly relate on what you see.
when your third eye is open you can see pulsating energy and see colour at times. to see if it is open. look at a person an see what colour they have a around them. if its a thick white then you have your third eye open.(if you see colour thats great. still means that its open.)
there might be speculation thats our eyes playing tricks.
but i know the difference from when it was closed to being open.
when it was closed all i could see was a normal person in front of me.
when it was open i could see their aura.
so it cant be my eyes or else it wouldve been doing it for awhile and its only started since iv opened my third eye. (also known as minds eye)

yes i have.
it was with my sister at the time.
it was my 1st an we connected so well we could basicaly tell each other what we were feeling straight away. but we didnt do it like you did.
we felt each other out as i were scanning someone but with empathy.
im sure you are able to sense what people are feeling even though you are not touching them? this is my way of feeling poeples emotions.
its one thing that no one has been able to block from me.
i can feel their pain their joy.
from this i always try to better their day if they feeling down.
my experiances with people are intense but not as much as yours.
im still growing so in time it might.
