Thanks for the input.  I'm monitering myself closely to see if I can feel any energy being taken.  I have taken steps to rid myself of any discarnate entites that may have taken an interest in my energy field....No luck...the senstations are still there... I am still continuing with the energy work also.  Hopefully I can solve this soon...Thanks again

     I was hoping to find help for a problem I am having.  First off I have been practicing the NEW energy work for about a month now.  The problem is that I have felt a skin irritation on my back that feels like someone has taken an etheric drill and is boring into my back.  There is no other description that fits this feeling any better.  It is located on the left side, about 2-3 inches down from the top of the shoulder close to the base of the neck.  While this is not medically threatening (I don't think) it is very irritating.  This sensation happens at different times and bringing my concentration upon it increases the feeling.  (There is no visible skin irritation that I can see)  This sensation can last as long as 15 minutes or more.  I have had no injuries anywhere near where this feeling is located, and I feel that this is not coming from an internal source.  The reason for this is that most times, I get buzzing sensations in my head .  I have always attributed this to my guides tuning into my energy.  I have somewhat of a rapport with and have asked them to stop this.  No luck so far.  I have also asked them for help on this whether it be in dreams or whatever.  No luck so far.  I don't believe this is an attack from a negative entity.  (just a hunch) , but at this point I don't know what to think.  These sensations started about 2 weeks ago, about 2 weeks into the NEW energy work Ive been doing.  I am having wonderful successes with the energy practices over all, and would like to continue with them if I can solve this problem.  I would appreciate any help you all could give me.

It's not just you, I have also noticed an increase in my energy levels.  I seem to need less sleep as well. This is a good thing.  I must be doing something right

I'm fairly new here, but I would like to relate an experience I had on my very  first conscious OBE.  My projection was very spontaneous and very visual.  I had a destination in mind and made a conscious decision to "fly" there.  I merely thought of a person with whom I wanted to contact.  Spying was not my intention, (not really believing I could accomplish this feat anyway) but I went directly to where this person was.  This person was seated at a table and I went to move in to make contact, when all of a sudden I had several things happen at once... I found myself back in my physical body before I realized what was happening, I had a definite image of an astral hand putting me there, and was told telepathically (quite clearly) "It's not nice to pry".  It's been my experience that we all have protectorates of some sort.  I just logged this off to a learning experience and from now on ask any and all people their permission to interact with them while in spirit form.
