hi kenneth, Thank you for sharing your experience.  I read the manual Part I(basic technique). at least the first part and felt one can practice with out purchase the DVDs part I or part II or any media.  Does purchasing the DVD give more technique than what is available in the free material. I want to use it for my personnel clearing.

what is meant by altered state work?. can you give examples.
what is meant by emotional clearing using meditation. is it like concentrating on the heart and allow the thoughts to come out ?.

I downloaded abyss software. once I used abyss to  relax my mind. what shall I do when I am in that altered state?.

I do meditate regularly but I am finding my self getting lost, so I tell my self (Self hypnotize) to get up when that happen. so I get up no. of times.  For that reason, I feel that I am not doing good at meditation.  I started  to  follow a kriya yoga school instructions which asks to concentrate between eye brows with no thoughts or mere words of OM. Even this making me to go to this world.   I appreciate your suggestions.

Does any body observed this, when I do brushing or any envegy work, my hands shakes very badly.  I know my evergy body is weak, my whole body shakes when do any spritual work. Does anybody know what can prevent this happening

I was trying abyss for couple of weeks. I am feeling that my sleep time in the night has come down drastically 4 to 5 hrs. Does any observed this. I am  not sure this is good or not.

     I tried boxed nirvana II after trying abyss for 5 days.   Big Thank you for the programs.  Both are good. abyss is smooth  , low background music and very relaxing. Boxed nirvana has lot of variations of frequencies, looks like  intended to be used for multiple purposes. also gives the benefits of the abyss.  Good Work and Thanks for the people who put together this.  Until tow years back, I used to able to go to trance through  meditation. I always been under some sort of psychic attacks for long time. this corrupted every process I learned.  I stopped meditation after learning that I am   catching unnecessary entities.  I'm hoping to heal my energy system that was battered with psychic attacks ( continuing ) . After trying these BWGEN programs , I was able deeply relax physical body even though I could n't  totally  silence my mind ( which keeps on running with all energy draining mechanisms like day dreams , useless emotional interlinked thoughts, but they disappear when I try to record  etc.). I could able to calm down the mind some what not to the point of total silence. Is it a possibility with these BWGEN programs ?. .

I want to thank for the abyss software, free one. I tried abyss yesterday to see if it will silence my mind  ( which endlessly disturbs with incoherent thoughts /self importance day dreams and all types of energy draining stuff. ). Since I am constantly under  psychic attack, I want to give it a try to abyss as a means of getting into trance to get relief from my mind.  *** IT WORKED *** . I could able to relax my self and I was cool and relaxed  for more than 10 hrs , even though i have not reached deep trance.  I see less mental activity. I tried today again. To day I see lot of thoughts and involuntary Images keep on coming to disturb any concentration ( My general problem is What ever I learned seems to be getting disturbed/corrupted/priority getting changed /forgotten  in the sleep ).  I see the same problem when I am doing  any concentration exercises including bruce's mental awareness exercises. Does any body know how I can stop these types of end less mental disturbance.

I have been under psychic attack for long time and occasionally taking the help of a healer, that used to help me. Latest  I was suspecting under being on possession for almost  6 months particularly after I intended to have spiritual acceleration.  It is very hard to even think coherently for even 5 seconds.   After doing this mentioned prayer yesterday , I was able to sleep nicely after 6 months. Yes it worked very well. I got more attachments ( which I get regularly and I clean with regular, as my healer says i glow in other worlds to become the target ). after that , but I see this prayer works very well than what I do. I want to thank you for writing this.  I am sure my problems won't be resolved so easily, but a nice hope.

I am very sorry to hear of this trauma of yours, I have undergone an extreme possession for over a year now but am on the road to recovery. I am not familiar with all the relations of the various degrees of possession but here is what I would suggest. Use your imaginations and visualisations of how you defeat this obstacle, talk to your cells, cheering them up, tell them to win the fight against this one. I have tried excorism and it is dangerous, it made my mental physical convolute totally screwed up, even worse. Try to Call for the Archangel of Death, Azrael, it may work, try calling on the Carrions, that may help (they deal with discarnates), call out for Archangel Michaels protection and that he uses His sword to cut all attachments to this being, that may help, you may call to Jesus (Yeshua) but be careful of religious attachments if you do not believe the doctrines. As in my case there are probably mental and emotional programming that needs to change and that takes a process that can be longer or shorter to get you in balance. I have started to use positive affirmations and that does help! Know that the Universe is residing in you and think of that and know that the universe always responds, that will help. Yes pray to God and use prayers that fits the most wonderful idea you have of God and think of Unconditional Love, think how your heart expands to take in Unconditional Love from God Creator Source Spirit, whatever name you feel appropriate for you. This will not necessarily solve it in a snap, it did not in my case but it does help me to deal with it. Here is a prayer that should be effective, read it without praying first so you feel comfortable with the format. Holy Spirit is associated with the Christian Church and as you are a buddist I would consider how to approach that. Or change it with just Spirit or whatever term suits you. You could shorten it but these entities I sense rarely work singularly but have like gangs or leagues.

1. ENTITY REMOVAL PRAYER PROCEDURES:

If you feel that you might have entities around you (and like we said, they can jump from one person to the other), find a quiet time, if possible, and do the following exercise.  You do not have to say this out loud for it to work:
Ask inwardly for your own Masters, Guides, and Angels to help you to remove the entities.  Say the following, either silently or out loud:
-  "On all levels of my existence, clear me and Shield me, with the shield of Archangel Michael."
-  "Clear any karma that I might have with these beings, in this life or in past lives."
- "Clear all cause, effect, record, and memory, clear and remove on all levels of my existence: entities, Things, Its, gargoyles, mini entities, cellular entities, lost Souls, devils, demons, satanics, whisps, creatures, E.T.'s, aliens, witches, witches familiars, warlocks, warlock familiars, sorcerers, impostors, black magicians, or their helpers: - shackle clear and remove; - Beam Of God, clear and remove; - or Beam of God, Net, Clear & Remove; -  
-  OR WHATEVER IT TAKES TO REMOVE THEM.  I ask this only if it is for the good of the whole, and in alignment with the will of Spirit."
-  This will remove regular entities, those that are resistant to leaving, and the very evil classes of entities, or demons.  This method works!

2. REMOVING THEIR ENERGIES & THOUGHT FORMS (YOU MUST COMPLETE SECTIONS 1 & 2 TO GET CLEAR OF THE ENTITIES):

Also you can ask Him to (to make sure you get out as much as possible of your hauntings energies) that St. Michael pull a net through your energetic systems.

I know this is tough, especially when all you try seems to fail you. But know this, you have absolute right to be alone and have freedom from these kind of invasions. I can not give you a good answer as to why it is so cumbersome to heal and restore this traumas and there as many variations on the answers as there are flowers on the planet.

It is been said that Love is the only weapon you need, by loving your foe as we are told to do. I agree it is a way to go but when you are under fire this is more or less uplifting to hear. But do pray that the entitiy is sent to transmutation or enlightenment.
