I feel the best proof lies in confirmation by peers.
1.Project to another's home  that you have not been to physically and describe what you see to them . Begin with giving the location of  the computer  the window and the door these are easy then go to more difficult objects . If will be easy to find them too . So have them leave the computer on but walk away from it and see where they go . You might even be able to see a trail of energy . Large objects without light are the next easiest . But small none lit objects may escape detection  .

2. Project to a spot with a group in RTZ and plan a party . Have a group of projectors come to a room where live ones are gathered and try to see who can identify how many are there the gender the shape and location .

3. Go to a realm together in a group merkaba meet each other there locate each other and confirm what you see hear and feel occurring there .

Recall that we may perceive mirror images while projecting so the whole room may become reversed.

Expecting proof like the name of a person or the location of a small inanimate object or the number on a card is beyond the scope of most projectors .

Look instead to easier to proove phenomena like  the floor plan  of a room in RTZ or  the location of physical boundaries  in a realm ie rivers mountains lakes . Look to how many humans are there whether they are alive or in spirit and what their gender is . These are proofs we can provide  .

We saw an empty wooden box with a fish on it .
I felt this meant the cornerstone is empty , this is not Peter .
But we also heard ,"Do not judge . It is not for you to understand why this is a necessary Pope of transition . It is not for for your eyes for this path to be revealed . Observe and Reflect do not break peace or sow discord .Sometimes the best way to effect change is to present the truth without one's own reflections upon it . Do not react to the truths just reflect on them . So I will retract what I said  and point instead to what Ratzinger has said that is enough .

We saw a wall was being built symbolic of our own division made by reflecting upon Ratzinger 's words we were making ourselves on one side of the wall or another and we walked instead upon the wall to a Tibetan temple .

We saw a young man appear .He guided us to the temple steps he went up the steps and knelt down and kissed something before he entered we knelt down too . Inside we saw Buddha as the young man . He motioned for us to sit before him

He showed us a plate of coals which he passed t to each of us and asked us to light it up and then to make it cold again . We put two hands under like pink orange fire to ignite it and put two hands above it like aqua ice to chill it .  He took the plate from us and floated it in the centre . He asked us sleep in the coals and be warm but not burnt he told us to rise in the smoke to smell it but not choke . It is not enough to not know it is hot . It is not enough to not smell the smoke . We must know it for what it is and not be hurt by it either . To be part of the smoke and not the cough . We must dwell in this world without being effected negatively by it .

We saw a beautiful dragon with snowy pom pom like whiskers and beautiful eye brow ridges .We rode on his back to a temple where we saw Quan ti with a long thin face hair neatly back in a tied knot . He had a beard with two more triangles on either side of the beard .He showed us a fort with a wall around it with people running with little torches . Before the massive gate marched samurais in black leather with round shields that were flattened at one end that they balanced on the ground . The shields covered them completely as they advanced with crossbows to conquer the fort .

We head Quan Ti say war is the most foul of human's  nature but it is not for us to judge the good that comes from it . From these horrible lessons we learn how to go on to improve ourselves and our planet eventually . We said, why did you bring us here we do not make war we do not believe in war ? We heard when we make walls we are making war . We must unite not divide ourselves we are all one . Women must become stronger . Men must become softer .

We saw a barebacked angel like a warrior brave but white hair straight . We heard Angel of Redemption. This is ANZAc week so we felt the lessons on war and sacrifice were apt .

We rode the dragon and came down by Silver Birches camp in shamballah . We saw 4 golden spirit one was Silver Birch , one was a crow angel .  We walked with Silver Birch and the Crow woman angel down an underground river to exit in a placid glasslike treelined  river . We rode in bark canoes  down to the  top of the waterfall of Mount Shekinah on our right . We left the canoes and turned to the left .

We saw a mountain path down to the Grotto of Compassion on our left . We saw Buddha statues on the other side of the Grotto of the Goddess of Compassion .Jodie felt we should give fruit and flowers in offering.

Kali appeared her hair thrown over her head and over her face which was crying she said cut my hair make a sacrifice beside her was the night mare a grey blue horse looking frightened to death .We did not want to cut her hair we love her it seemed so is respectful we cut our own hair instead but this did not work silver birch appeared and showed us gold pouring out of his fingertip into the bowl and making it placid to the balance and to become yin yang again .

We felt he meant for us to restore the balance we had to listen to her So I asked her if I should cut her hair she said yes i told you to so i cut a small lock of her hair at the side . I asked may i have this She handed it to me and i said thank you it turned into a golden unicorn horn . We healed the unicorn he turned full and white skinned with a rainbow coloured mane .

We saw a hollow tree with three roots into which we walked and saw the eye of the dragon above it was death and decay and looking below it crystal rain of jewels inside the throat we saw nothing but outside of the mouth were baby dragons flying into the body and bats coming into the cave a reversal of sorts . In the eye we crept to the sapphire chamber saw Savanda and heard do not sow discord or break the peace saw keys of piano being dragged apart by a silver beaded chain .

Debbie saw a field of roses but beneath them thorns and a old cemetery full of war vets flags . Lynda saw a hedgehog  which had a pharoahs headdress dropped on her head 2000 years ago . Andrew had a musical sphere which he played like a rubics cube running around it lighting the right spaces like disco light sphered tiles.Jodie saw a last supper picture with mary standing behind and holding Jesus shoulders and Mary Magdalene beside Jesus  and a cobra wrapped around him . I Saw all of the group there Bill standing sternly in a corner.Heidi saw herself as a girl digging thru sand ( sveta ) and saw herself walking thru the mud parting the seas to dry land and finding Jesus who hugged her .

Sunday Am

In the hot tub this morning I had these visions on entering the sapphire
eye of the cobra . I saw Christ upon a magenta throne . He appeared in a white gown with an aqua aura around him except by the head and shoulders  which was golden and radiant. I said
YON MA SHEE HAH - HE ME SHEE SHEE.This is my lord and bowed to him with love .  He said that all may come to learn in this chamber . He pulled a plank of wood into the room . He said it is necessary to build the scaffold to lay the framework in place to erect the next stage of the energy body . He said to begin from the heart . He said we will need to build out from each tan tien a row of 7 chakra coloured energy centres in four directions so 28 around  each one .

He showed me to breathe all the chakras green emerald green with will and with green cobra breath . We will begin with building a partial column of 3 in each of the arms . We will make the golden dan tien in front now become green . From  the green heart chakra and thru the energy centres of the arm and the base rear black dan tien we send green energy to become all green now .

We will visualise and manifest the right arm to become yellow orange and red the male chakra colours at the shoulder elbow and forearm . We will do the same on the left arm to become blue indigo and violet . Now we build out to the dan tien green blue indigo violet and behind yellow orange red . This is enough of a challenge for now .

When we can exist in this we can build a full 7 out in four directions from each tan tien . This is a way to enlarge the aura and allow further enlightenment and to allow oneself to maintain consciousness within the universal mind . To try as always to stand in truth with love and light and not to allow the darkness to cloud our soul or or mind or our body .

He dismissed me and told me to write it down and practice . Christ wants me to work on my anger and my throat what i say should bring peace and love all my ways should be gentle ways . He put his hand on my left shoulder and looked at me and cried . I feel God always feels more sadness than anger at our sins . I know I have a long way to go .
Jesus told me to bless the children of the world that they might come to God's light more purely . It would be best . It is so much harder to pull the negativity out than it is to fill the vessel with love and light as we walk from the beginning .

lynda said this is the lock the turquoise ornate stone lock on the head and Teresa of Avila shows a brilliant force of light coming out of her head through the third eye

tom said we could still carry 2 huge bags of trash out of our souls the bags are getting lighter easier to carry but we must get rid of them
more negativity to unburden more ego to toss away

Bill said the hourglass has to be shook sideways back and forth to sift out the dust and make the light and sound bright before we turn it over
We learned about a breathing exercise to balance the chakral column in the storm of the kundalini by turning it upside down like an hourglass to focus energy to cause new flow to feel better physically

Maggie said we have to throw away some of our hearts leave them behind decide what to love she showed us the mirror on the back was now in our hearts and filled with golden stardust

Catherine said I saw a temple and us holding a torch
and people carrying little torches up to the temple
we must hold the torch to the masses and a few will follow us
but our lanterns will remain bright long after our deaths

But white eagle says one piece of the puzzle is missing as he strikes the staff and leaves hand on the top .

Mary appeared and handed us a golden rosary -a golden cobra came out of our hands wrapped around our waist and up our backs and over the shoulder and when it was thus coiled it became as a golden statue
this became a roadmap to the stars .

We saw a cadeucus sword form a vortex on the table
rose through it saw an old lady dressed in gray rags and close to hearth ancient mother earth . She holds a skull ,we hear Golgotha it becomes flesh again and we see Jesus face grow upon it . We are invited into the orange right eye where we feel tranquility and bliss and as if we are lying on the left side of body sideways see the cones on the arms there growing walk over to the blue eye hear these eyes are eternal the blue one teaches us the path we can sit in it go to classroom the orange one teaches us how to make the lessons become love in the  physical life .

walls are the symbolical emblem of the city. They contribute to the defining image of the warring and monastic center that Ávila was and has been able to maintain throughout the years. It constitutes a unique symbol that encloses within its walls mysticism and history, art and heroic chivalry.

Avila at the age of 39,  began to enjoy a vivid experience of God's presence within her.However, the contrast between these favors and her conduct, which was more relaxed than was thought proper according to the ascetical standards of the time, caused some misunderstanding. Some of her friends, such as Francisco de Salcedo and Gaspar Daza, thought her favors were the work of the devil (V 23.14). Diego de Cetina, SJ, brought her comfort by encouraging her to continue in mental prayer and to think upon the humanity of Christ. Francis Borgia in 1555 heard her confession and told her that the spirit of God was working in her, that she should concentrate upon Christ's Passion and not resist the ecstatic experience that came to her in prayer. Nevertheless she had to endure the distrust even of her friends as the divine favors increased. When Pradanos left Avila in 1558 his place as Teresa's director was taken by Baltasar Alvarez, SJ, who, either from caution or with the intention of probing her spirit, caused her great distress by telling her that others were convinced that her raptures and visions were the work of the devil and that she should not communicate so often (V 25.4). Another priest acting temporarily as her confessor, on hearing her report of a vision she had repeatedly had of Christ, told her it was clearly the devil and commanded her to make the sign of the cross and laugh at the vision (V 29.5). But God did not fail to comfort her, and she received the favor of the transverberation (V 29.13-14). In August 1560 St. Peter of Alcantara counseled her: "Keep on as you are doing, daughter; we all suffer such trials."impaired. During these years of suffering she began the practice of mental prayer, but fearing that her conversations with some world-minded relatives, frequent visitors at the convent, rendered her unworthy of the graces God bestowed on her in prayer, discontinued it, until she came under the influence, first of the Dominicans, and afterwards of the Jesuits. Meanwhile God had begun to visit her with "intellectual visions and locutions", that is manifestations in which the exterior senses were in no way affected, the things seen and the words heard being directly impressed upon her mind, and giving her wonderful strength in trials, reprimanding her for unfaithfulness, and consoling her in trouble. Unable to reconcile such graces with her shortcomings, which her delicate conscience represented as grievous faults, she had recourse not only to the most spiritual confessors she could find, but also to some saintly laymen, who, never suspecting that the account she gave them of her sins was greatly exaggerated, believed these manifestations to be the work of the evil spirit. The more she endeavoured to resist them the more powerfully did God work in her soul. The whole city of Avila was troubled by the reports of the visions of this nun. It was reserved to St. Francis Borgia and St. Peter of Alcantara, and afterwards to a number of Dominicans (particularly Pedro Ibañez and Domingo Bañez), Jesuits, and other religious and secular priests, to discern the work of God and to guide her on a safe road.

Rowena,   is familiar as a lady in King Arthur's court. Her name is also listed as an ascended master in Samuel George Partridge's book, "Golden Moments With the Ascended Masters," on the third ray of love, cohesion and gratitude. She is associated with the medieval mystic and reformer, St. Theresa of Avila, who founded Carmelite convents in Spain. She believed in absolute poverty, chastity, and obedience in selfless service to God. Lady Rowena wears a Celtic cross on her medieval headdress. SHAKTI: the feminine aspect of kundalini, kinetic energy. Commonly used to represent the eternal feminine, it is not actually any specific woman or deity, only representing the feminine energy.            I'm trying to learn more about chakras, particularly what each one relates to. I know this is first grade stuff for most of you guys but I'm kind of knew to this concept. any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated. even a good website. thnx!!!

The white light layer that surrounds us ,we are born with when the chakras are open fully the first flame of the kundalini is ignited and the chakra column is profused with golden yellow light . Then the jewel in the heart of the lotus opens and the second flame ignites descending thru the chakral column imbibing it with a layer of platinum blue moon light . As subtle bodies are filled with light building up our light quotient we continue to develop but it takes a long time before the third pink /red flame is ignited . These are the 3 main flames and constitute the trifold flame of the kundalini . A delicate cyan coloured princess flame ingites soon after the trifold flame is in bloom but this is still not the end our development is goes on and on infinitely . The chakras become hugely important in manifesting the full uraeus effect and the royal courts of kundalini cobras .

So though there are 7 basic chakras, it is an incomplete truth . Their layering of light testifies to the development of the seeker and should be sought . It is not enough to open them to what some call 100 percent . They must be filled with prana continuously and nested in multiple layers of light to fully function and continue to develop spiritually . The larger area around the chakras becomes as  spiritual lungs for us to breathe the prana through our energy body in a more efficient manner .

There is a predictable continuum of development .Those who do not display clairvoyance for example have not opened the second flame and are limited to lower realms and darkness in their astral projections . Their images are only constructs of their mind and they cannot perceive that anyone else could see anything due to their own blockages .

All of us get occasional boosts up by guides and angels where we see , hear and feel beyond the level of our own abilities independent of their help . These boost rides are to whet our appetites to show us what great things happen if we do not give up but always continue forward.

Anyone can learn to open their chakras to develop clairvoyance and clairaudience and to control projections and healing of self and others . And to develop more extraordinary powers and abilities beyond these basic ones . The chakras are the building blocks of our energy body and a full understanding of them is vital to optimise your growth .

To open them is free and open to all . Simply dedicating oneself to your own path whatever that is begins your own natural unfolding

not rules and constraints read instead about love and light and service .To  learn about truth and love in your own way is enough to begin .You can continue to unfold your beliefs as you develop .  

1. study  read and discern what is true to you at that time
2. recall record and analyse your dreams
3 meditate daily alone -learn to breathe in energy from soles of feet and from crown of head -learn to pull energy thru the chakras in every meditation .
4 meditate in a group weekly to practice OBE and  develop clairvoyance  
5. heal as in reiki or spiritual healing ; self , others planet white lighting
6. control projections and recall
7.write a journal and begin to analyse your experiences spiritually
8. IF you believe in guides and angels as I do then learn to see and speak to yours there is an infinite amount of wisdom and guidance there
9. Study all you can about kundalini and energy body development
and merkabas
10 . IF you choose you may learn to travel in a group merkaba and project to higher realms with recall to map them out see them and learn there from the master teachers of spirit

I do not believe anyone human can open  our chakras for us .
I agree with Runola that Reiki is opening to the Universal Energy also .

A teacher  could teach us how to meditate and how to heal as in (Reiki)
and how to project . These simple basics then transform the body over time naturally . We can learn these basics for free.

But the most important element of opening chakras is the removing of blockages of fear and filling ourelves with love and light . To fill ourselves with love and light we need to integrate the lessons of love into our life and to remove negativity and ego . That cannot be done for another . But
all of this can be done for free by the student themselves .

I read that part of the instruction is about losing fear and removing blockages but the student still has to do it themselves . And all of those steps are within the seeker' own heart and available in spiritual realms thru the instruction of masters also .

I feel  one year of meditation and reiki instruction would open the chakral column . But there is so much more beyond that .

There are the nesting of the various subtle energy bodies and the sequential igniting of the kundalini flames to complete a circuit . I feel that a seeker sitting three times a week with a good teacher would open to the levels described thusfar . But the description is not complete . So I remain curious like the others on this thread .Would you please write the levels and what occurs in the energy body and what abilities the student has at the conclusion of each level ?

perhaps you are ready to ignite the second flame of kundalini .

While I definitely wouldn't claim to be a master, I have projected alot over the last 15 years. And while I am well accustomed to reality fluctuations while in my local RTZ, this is the first time that I have met and spoken to my wife, while being out. I have of course seen her regularly lying next to me when I do exit.This episode of meeting and talking to her, has thrown a spanner in the works, and made me question the validity of other OBE's that I've had.

I too regularly see people on my RTZs that are doing exactly what they were doing, sleeping, reading etc, but also I have never had that experience either where they have engaged me in conversation.

I do project my image to a mate overseas who is clairvoyant and i do talk to him during projections .He comes here and talks to me too . So yes , it is possible and it is harder to do which explains to me why you have not done this yet but now you can . It demonstrates growth in your abilities .

What we do is bi location . So we connect on the net then I project there and tell him what i see by typing it on the keyboard . I can project there to show him my full image or invisibly or just stay here and remote view with a partial projection of consciousness .

My mate  confirms what I see  or corrects it as i sometimes do give off a mirror image which is not uncommon in RTZ .  I can also hear him when he comes here without seeing the chat . When he talks to me here  he does not always recall everything  that this aspect tells me .I continue to stay conscious enough to type from my computer .

On one occasion I fully projected out and floated over my keyboard unable to move the keys as I did not have any consciousness aspect in my physical form .  So my control is not perfect either . I played with this trying to stay in the float over position for a while longer but this is hard to do once i see my body i often am drawn in . If I project a decent distance away from self and then look back i can see my energy body without being drawn back in . Experimentation is definitely a great way to learn .

Successes are exciting and peers are very validating and confirming .
. And I look forward to continued growth and confirmation by peers .
But there are frustrations that I am confronted with still :

I remain  frustrated with failure to split consciousness beyond 4 aspects at this time . Bi location is mastered tri is hard and 4 is nearly right out of my scope at this time .

I can project a full image but sometimes the feet fade away and often I am projecting in one solid colour or a monochromatic pattern of dark and light magenta tones . I wish to project in full colour and I know this is possible .

I am frustrated also with ability to be seen by all clairvoyant mates . We must modify our send and they must modify their receipt of energy in order to make a link .  I have a quite capable group of mates and we do try to appear to each other but we find that the best way to make sure the mate sees you is to arrange it in advance so they can be free from distractions and they can tune in . It is also easier to appear to them while they are asleep . When you arrive you can still experiment with confirmation by what you are able to see and where they are able to see your image .

When they are asleep you can send a pull to their toes with your energy hands that can be felt very well ! But I am frustrated with being able to project voice when they do not know i am coming still .

I am frustrated with inability to see past the big objects in the room . I can clearly see computers they are easy when they are on . I can see windows curtains doors and beds . Large pieces of furniture and animals are also easy to see . But I cannot see shoes or clothes lying on the floor or objects on a table . I certainly cannot see a numeral on a card lol .
But if your mate holds an object or warms it with their energy and then moves it near the projection time it can often be seen .

Also one object in my mates room cannot be seen and he will not tell me what it is lol . I see a dark rectangle on the left of the window . It is not curtains I can see them . It is not a mirror or a poster or a large highboy
either . Still trying to figure it out .

So yes you can do it , Well Done ! Keep it up and look to mates that can help you experiment to develop still .

It sounds to me as if you did project and that you did speak to a higher self or a level of your wife 's consciousness that she was not aware of yet .  I suggest to continue in the same manner but appear to someone who can see clairvoyantly and who can affirm your visits and speak with you when you project .

Meditation develops in a predictable continuum . Image streaming is one of those stages . When images flood the mind in related strings . Each string will have a few symbols or images and that ends one message than another message begins . These messages are generally about facing conflicts in the meditators own life at that stage .

An obe can be performed blindly or with sight . Remote viewing means to see clairoyantly by projecting a part of your consciousness as in an obe . In a meditative state it is possible to project just the portion of consciousness which will allow one to see in a remote or far away location . This can be done in many ways . One can see through the eyes of another in that location and just receive the messages or one can bi locate and send a part of the consciousness to see while the body is awake to recall and perhaps react to what is seen .

So no they are not the same thing . But you could while remote viewing link with another at that location and pick up a message from their energy
which comes to your mind as image streams .

Remote viewing can begin after image streaming begins . At that point in one's development , it should be possible to visualise the roads on the way to a mate's home for example and when you arrive at that home to have a peek . You should look for something which will give you confirmation that you were there and not something matter of fact like you were watching tv when that is the expected activity at that time .

When the Throne of God is activated in the lower tan tien
the seeker begins a slow process of extruding hermetic elemental rainbow "worms " .These "worms " come out of the nadis as living light and living sound. They rise  up through the nadis from the Throne to enlighten the nadis . When they are extruded through the lower tan tien they become a nest of energy to incubate a divine vessel .When they rise out of the crown they become a vital part of the newest layer of the  merkaba a form of rainbow sphere .

Then immature cobras begin to writhe as nagis thru these newly enlightened channels . They are seen as pale platinum blue the colour of the moon and the female aspect of the Godhead .When the cobras have grown in light and sound they manifest in the human energy body as the tan tien courts of cobras  .


Nadis are the channels or tubes that the nagis dwell within . Ancient texts
say they are inumerable . There are at least 128 in the throne of God and another 128 in the Crown of the Goddess .

When the Crown of the Goddess is activated . The seeker has dreams of purging again ridding the nadis of more death decay and negativity removing the blockages of fear and moving onward .

It is a good time to fast or to have an enema if you are used to such remedies . I just drank more water and groaned about stomach pains lol . I am weak . Fruit helps too.

Faces peeling off of the hero the sex goddess the intellectual and rich executive lie as bloody discarded masks useless to the seeker . There is no fame , no glory or power in this path . Visions of removing rotten wood and pruning dead branches from the tree of life flood the seekers dreams at this stage .

The Red Cobra Breathing Technique :
Lie on the stomach and breathe in red only red in the cobra breath drawing in two lines one through each nostril breathing  in through each chakra from the crown to the ankles visualising smaller energy centres at the joints of the legs . As you draw in energy thru each chakra try to hold your breath and wrap down to the next lower chakra .

Draw the red cobra breath twice through the body in this manner . Then draw orange from the indigo chakra down . Then yellow from the blue chakra down . Then green from the green chakra down and blue from the yellow chakra down . and so forth visualising the chakras reversing in colour to be from head down red orange yellow green blue indigo violet .  

Rainbow worms will be extruded in this process and you will feel a lot better . The kundalini moving thru the seeker at this time needs to be kept in balance through breathing and meditation to ease the changes being made in the energy body .

See a waterfall of the Goddess purging your chakras widdershins and a flow of God' firey lava falling down thru the chakras from the crown deosil . Breathe these two at once in swirls through the body to the soles of the feet .

Now see a tincture of red an elixir of the Magician flowing down your chakras . The Majestic work is over we begin again in a new stage of growth . See yourself as the minotaur or the fool ready to enter the labrynth bravely to start another journey of puzzles and visions to continue unfolding the human energy body as it was meant to be revealed .

Now open the rainbow square as with the mystery of the obelisk.
Into 4 hermetic triangles forming the view looking down from the top of the obelisk
But not a full triangle of blue on south orange on north red on east and cyan on west . This time

Sat 23 April L 33 Communicating with Cobras
There are 3 tan tiens the centre is the Dan Tien
It has a mated pair of Pharaoh cobras one Silver Queen one Golden King .
The lower and upper  tan tiens have a royal cobra which is the mystic's gender surrounded by a court of 4 to 10 cobras at this stage.

Assign each of pelvic cobras to a specific mystic of opposite gender .
And assign each of crown cobras to specific mystic of same gender ;
In a meditative state project your consciousness through one cobra to project to that mystic or to connect with them and send healing or energy .Remote viewing is also possible in this manner . When the mystic responds to you in kind you will note their place on the sundial pattern and see that the sphere of energy that returns come in at that place .

The divine arms of God are a mated pair of silver and  female cobras in the dan tien to attempt to connect to any non mystics male or female .

I sent to Jodie through the gold cobra on the dan tien and found I got visions of her in the future . The energy is sent from the third eye as light in a message to far right get future or to far left get past .Go straight at that time project and look With permission.

It is good to seek permission of peer mystics to avoid karma and harm to others . Send for the greater good with love and light and learn with wisdom .


Sun 24 April 34th Lesson -Meditation -Crown of Goddess
A Red Jacobs Ladder of fire appears in the circle . We ascend to Shamballah to attend the Wesak festival . An image of the Buddha is floating at the gap in a lotus position .A great crowd is gathered in the Wesak Vally though seemingly smaller than Friday . In the centre lies the huge green dragon with a belly of gold and red crimson scales and brow ridges . It's back opens and reveals a path to God . The path become a golden walled road like upon the Great Wall of China .We walk up the tail to join the others proceeding to the Temple of Wesak .The wall coils in upon itself as round and round we go walking and being taken too closer to the pond of the white star .

Three ladies stand round this pond resembling each other but in different colours of splendid light ; lavender aqua and blue. We watch the procession before us prostrate themselves to peer into the pond and then stand with right hand on the pillar taking the energy into the dan tien and grounding the energy thru the right ankle . We saw 6 queues of animals coming up stampeding out and thru us continuously . The entire valley sounds the great aumm and the pillar of light that is the Godhead ascends . God head auric concealed appears on three thrones 1 red 1 blue 1 gold . These aspects split rise to the clouds above the temple ; the red to the left the blue to the right and gold in the centre .

We see Jesus standing at the entrance to the temple and we enter we see a flower that fills the entrance it appears as a rose or a lotus to each revealing the colour of their path . Kuthumi ushers us to a room on the left .Books stacks line both sides of this hall a large stone benched fountain is flowing in the centre from the top tier springs a tree of life which breaks through the ceiling gently .A large stained glass window depicting the passion of Christ crowns the 2 story wall on either side there are doors . Mary offers us the host Jesus offers the wine . Then he washes our feet and John pours a libation over our heads . We see visions in the grail of rainbow coloured wheat and the golden straw of the Goddess . The three tan tiens twisted with the caduceus of the kundalini emerge from the crown with a tri coloured fleur de lis .We entered the heart of the christ child thru the arched marble fountain on the right wall in the centre of the stacks .The dome was blue with golden stars the christ child held his hands out to the world . We came out in a long hall .There was a green statue of the goddess at the end of the hall her face kept changing to reveal herself .

A red crux of fire is on the floor in the centre of the was a simple square. We stood on this holding hands in a circle with others from our vine and an orange light unknown female . We heard we are not a tree and a vine now we are a sphere and these are our satellites .We are encoding awareness as we learn the lessons from the universal mind . As we attain so do all of our group . We projected from our hearts into the sphere to make it float over the fire . The square resembling the Throne of God becomes a circular Crown of the Goddess which rose slowly up our body as one .We felt it rise to the scalp of our head like a white yamakah the dome hat became black on top gold inside .Light imbibed us from the crown centre . As we leave the crux we see aspects of child maiden matron crone in the green statue there is a door to our left .

The handsome Nubian Kumeka hands us a scroll as we enter the Garden of the Goddess . Peacocks adorned the corners in the upper left was our golden urn the divine seeds in the egg have grown to embryos .We look down upon the valley and see the faithful of the world with the arms up awaiting blessing . We each got a coloured sphere in our crown unique to each individual and a mirror of indigo with golden fiscus leaves in an ornamental trim on either side .We had to bless the world and its people as we have been blessed by those before us . Each of us offered 2 blessings love peace laughter enlightenment wisdom truth hope etc . We walked down the mountain and saw Melchiezedek floating in white over the valley .He lectured us about the endcoding and to practice and to share . We held hands in prayer said thanks and came back to our bodies .

Jesus was floating over Jodie . He showed us a triangle a lot of red 4 lines on the bottom then 2 yellow then 2 blue and 2 bits of green at top . He presented us with a tiny red carved urn and said more will come each year but few will reach the top . The earth is behind schedule . But the table is prepared for the feast . Before we closed we examined the energy body of the group . Debbie presented as the king cobra .Two chambers have appeared beneath the cobra eyes with a seam like the serpent eye so green on top blue below and red on top orange below . Andrew reveals a Star of wesak in our hearts and rainbow feathered rings of garuda all around the heart star . The five golden flames to make outer star are in the throat upper arms and upper thigh . Bill reveals up to 11 cobras in the upper tan tien the last two remain flacid in armpits . 11 are in the urn of Garuda at the dan tien . 11 more are in the pelvis we hear but I could only see 9 .There are golden lights in the throats of the royal cobras one in each upper or lower tan tien and two as a mated pair of silver and gold cobras in the dan tien .

We opened in prayer and humbly invoked the presence of Archangel Michael to take us in a group merkaba to the Wesak Valley in Shambalah . We were covered in a sapphire blue domed merkaba
and came out near the jungle bridge at the base of the mountain near the great pyramid . We were on the opposite side of the river near Silver Birch's Camp . There is another mountain range here and a lush  green valley.Entering the gap between the mountains ,we walked into the Wesak Valley .The valley was crowded with people live and dead . Some were floating some standing sitting or walking closer to the temple . The temple was at the far end of the valley atop the volcanic mountain . on the left of the temple as you face it there is a river descending the mountain from a waterfall which blends with a slight flow of lava in a double stream of red and blue .

Above the conjunction of the lava and water flows and slightly right is the pillared temple with a central golden domed roof .Above the temple was the Angel  Gideon with golden wavy hair appearing hugely out of proportion . He held a golden flame like candle to start the ceremony .
On the left cloud bank floated Jesus wearing a pink sash over a white gown pouring red magnetic  fluid into the valley ,



On the right cloud band  floated Quan Yen holding a tall thin urn  pouring blue magnetic fluid .





In the centre smiling hands upon his chin laying down was vishnu all in golden light and a red garment .Coming up the river on a raft was a Yogi like Gandhi on the green flame . We did not recognise this one and felt it was a mystic yogi from the future not realised on earth yet .



Two triangle platforms on high right mountain held a contingent of orange shaolin monks bald with swords and a shallow pond lit with candles was before them they were prostrate in prayer .To  the left we heard "prayers of the faithful" and saw angelic figures robed in violet with fire in their faces. At the mountain the river was full and rushing wide but down river   it was a gentle stream  narrow enough to step over at the gap .

On the left side of the angel shoulder as you face the temple was the Sun set red and golden on the right it was beginning to become pale blue and the full moon was rising . Soon the sun set . The golden flame touched by angel over centre of valley .Twelve lights come out of the golden flame and went to 12 points floating across the vally to form a  circle . This made a golden dome of light above the valley and a grid of flat white lines of light on the valley floor .

We had to sound an ohm 3 times the whole crowd in unison . We waited for the signal when the last light was lit and the dome was made .

To measure our worth, Egpytian style . Our Great Ohm brought up the pillar of all godhead light turning widdershins slowly . We had an egg of golden glowing around us .We had to throw our heads back to breathe out prana like a fountain to fill up our eggs as we sat in them in lotus position
This made them gold and we levitated all at once the entire crowd .
Then we were drawn deosil around the pillar closer and closer in geoconcentric circular fashion in floating eggs . When were assembled at the pillar we became soldiers clad in Khurma turtle shells on front and back with sandles . We looked identical we were all the same height and all had dark skin and black hair . We were all African male soldiers with a spear in the left hand and a torch on a staff in the right we walked in precision chanting a male song .We walked solemnly in two lines to the steps where we all became Polynesian  women with dark skin and long black hair barefoot with flowered garlands of vishnu and flowered sarongs .We ascended  the platform there were 3 plate saucers on right milk blue on left honey gold in middle red plate Filled with bread some for all and always enough . Ganeesha was there in blue and silver  showering us with blessed water . Then we walk to left crawl over his head like naked children . We were all white naked toddlers laughing with short curly red hair like cherubs .

We went swimming in water 3 rivers yellow pink blue .Tom said the conjunction looked like india .There was an island in the centre of this
We all got out .There was a big egg in centre an two statues of lord and lady .We saw the gold and blue making spirits .

Rhiannon was there pale white skin crimson and silver starry outfit she handfasted andrew to jodie.Tom approached with purple robe and pope mitred hat and golden sphere like merkaba gilted . He placed it on each of their heads and handfasted them in commemoration of the divine union
They became a tree together just one .Then pink blue aqua white silver lights all and every colour light and finally golden all colours many times before .Then the heart of the tree burst and flower of life spheres came out like roses floated out .These  became indigo or golden flowers and floated into the chamber of the egg. Then they formed spirit children who joined arms in pairs walked a bit together and then left split apart for earth .

We saw a dinosaur egg pit . In our hands were our sapphire blue eggs or urns we we placed into this pit with a magenta humming  floor.The eggs glowed and became golden .An angel came and took them in a boat an ark of life .

We held hands the whole circle the whole as one .We went to the white palace of shamballah .Outside on the lawn the cobras came out of the grass .A red cobra and a blue cobra ran into our legs and up into our energy body . It felt great full of energy .We held hands said thank you prayed and returned to home .

I asked this before, how do you move "mentally" into F0 because whenever I actually try, I still sit on the edge, watching like in a movie theatre and can't get "into it".  Whats the mental movement/rundown you can conjure up to cause yourself to move forwards without moving physically?Shzarnie

I suggest you start eating soup .The energy is higher in soup making it much easier to project. Once you learn, you can drink it alone if you wish or drink soup concurrently, in an open circle,and in a closed circle .

Soup work also allows you to see and hear more of the OBE . The guides and angels of others in the soup work together as a team making it easier for newbies to get the energy up to slip out. Find a group near you thru a soup church or coven .

Or make a  soup of your own to serve at home . Choose only those that can prove they already like your soup and that you can get along with. Am I correct in thinking that:

...not really.They do exist they are the fundamental structure of the human energy body . If you dissect the human body you will not see them there with physical tools but if you look clairvoyantly they are there in jewel like splendour . I suppose it would be as difficult as proving that spirits exists ...most cannot see them either .

About 12 yrs ago I was asleep & my body began to vibrate & become light, I heard a Female voice clearly say its about time "We" showed you something about yourself.Next thing I was literally ripped out of my body.....I didn't go...

Go with your gut on this this is a guide or an angel . All of us are taken out nightly we are pulled out projecting to realms for lessons but most of us are fearful unaware and inept at recall . We all dream . We all project .

rather than focusing on activation of just the base chakra
i would suggest sitting in meditation and bringing up energy
as a white light
from the soles of your bare feet up your legs and into your pelvis .
and then thru the whole of the chakra column

Do this while you are sitting down
close your eyes
sit uncrossed and breathe deeply cleansingly 3 times
then breathe as you will
and dwell your consciousness in each chakra as you go up
feel
red apples red love hearts red roses red rubies
...all things bright and beautiful that are red .

This is btw a good place to visit but you would not want to live there would you ? It is the sex and food ...the lust and hunger spot ... feed me give me comfort.... now  go away . lol

Go up from there to Orange.... make this chakra glow visually
home comfort monks in orange robes bliss sunsets dawns citrus apricots
you get the idea just sit and breathe and be that colour until you visualise it getting larger bigger shining vibrating fully all thru the rainbow of chakras

The violet chakra is the " i get my kicks above the waistline sunshine and a much nicer place to dwell.  But when you get the energy flowing smoothly thru all your chakral column all of them will vibrate fully .

This is done by :
prayer
dreams and their analysis
astral projection while asleep
conscious projection while awake
healing self and others
teaching writing sharing
sharing energy in spiritual development circles
dedication to meditative practice
conscious development of the energy body .

And, a few days ago, my brow chakra was active all day, it kept tickling me.  I thought I had a hair on my forehead but whenever I went to brush it away, nothing was there.  Why did this happen?

This is your opening to clairsentience .
We develop in a continuum of feel it know it see it hear it .....

it is a good sign
close eyes and sit in meditation when you feel this feathering
and see if you can learn who is with you
it will prolly be a guide or guardian angel at this stage
