Dear Frostytraveler,

this encounter with a male entity I felt was a test because of my real life catalyst I have had to process on my spiritual path (various sexual attacks in public over the years) but also my sexual nature. So in my "flashback" (my thoughts turned into action) I experienced both being attacked as well as being lustful. It might have been some kind of test of how I currently stand with masculine energy in a simple response to my flashback thoughts in the labyrinth environment. The labyrinth was white so non-threatening. The entity I presume might have been some training "aspect".

There were other seeming tests too. The sequential release of students into the labyrinth, the not helping each other. The voice of a female older person wishing me good luck. Also the part where my second body was distracting me with the tongue/jaw.

I appreciate your comments <3

Hello dear fellow explorers, I would like to share another recent AP. Again in the morning, with two parts.

It feels to me that I am experienceing small step-by-step incremental learning. For example, I think that this time there is some progress with being more in control of my movements :)

And it also feels that lots of various testing is occurring for me. This is quite exciting and I am curious what comes next :)

My notes are in [] brackets.

"Sun 15.9.24
5:30-6:30am meditation:

I prime on my back. I try to focus on the top of the crown while observing the visuals. I perceive I'm lacking focus today. I can see only the central whitish swirl and tunnels. I keep losing it.
After some time, I turn to my right side.
At some point (on my back or possibly side) I fall asleep very briefly(?)
Vibrations come very soon in a slow manner from the front into the full body. I breathe into them and they intensify.
I try to focus on putting thumbs in my eye sockets [based on information received in the last meditation] but it seems it is not happening.
I feel my jaw has relaxed open and my tongue slipped out between my teeth. The teeth are pressing on my tongue painfully and I try to adjust the tongue back inside but I don't want to lose the vibrations state so I settle for the upper half of the teeth closed to keep the tongue half in. I also notice I'm drooling. [Not confirmed - jaw closed, no drooling so I assume this was all my second/etheric body][I think this might have been a test to see if I could persevere through this distraction like the mosquito might have been in the previous meditation]

I refocus and feel the vibrations and try to breathe into them. I control their intensity with breathing.

I follow the visuals and see myself going deeper as if downwards into a white light on the bottom left of my field of view.
It feels as if an older woman's voice is telling me 'good luck, and to focus'.

Part 1
I emerge in blackness zooming fast above a path made of squared white tiles. They're different shades of white and some slightly yellowish. I follow the path while I wonder what to do with this. While I follow the path I see a small bright square tile to the left side of the path and zoom to it with the intent to help it. But I realise it's already bright. I zoom back to the main path, follow it. I zoom above to gain a bigger picture and see two sides of 'continents' with a line connecting them surrounded by blackness. I zoom to the path again and follow it more. I try to slow down and do, and I hover above one tile and think to go through the tile to the other side and do. I see the tiles from the bottom with a different as if shady light as if less light was filtering through the tiles to the bottom side. I go back to the top side again.
[This is a very nice show of control of movement by will. Much better than the senseless zoomings of the past where for example on one occasion I crashed through some stars/lights in the black void as an elephant in a glass store :-D ]

Part 2
I'm back in the original vibrations state. I again aim to adjust the tongue back behind the teeth. [I think this is the same test as described above]

Next I zoom in a narrow space between two high walls of small beautifully rainbow-coloured square tiles in black background. I adjust to fly between the walls so they are vertical.

Very soon I fly from the top into a labyrinth with only one way through it. I hear as if instructions that 'students will be released into it in regular intervals and we cannot help each other or "they" would know'. [again "they" suggesting of teachers and tests]

In the labyrinth in a whitish corridor I'm zooming through and suddenly I see a man standing there who surprises me. It seems a bit like a whitish corridor of locker rooms. He seems to also be surprised. I fly above him to bypass him. As I fly above I wonder that I didn't know this would be allowed in the test because it lets us gain a bigger picture overview of the paths. I zoom down into the labyrinth again and onwards.

I have a flashback to the man cornering me between the lockers or to me engaging with him, in a forced or voluntary manner. [as is becoming noticeable, each thought is instantly created as a scene] [suggesting fear or lust response or thoughts in my flashback, so I think I might have failed the test somehow by not staying in control][possibly this potential test might be connected to my past catalysts of experiencing sexual harassment and also my own lustful behaviours]
I wonder if I failed the test and I quickly imagine the occurrence as a picture in a frame and I imagine hanging the frame on the wall above the locker rooms. [this is either succeeding in the test by showing ability to control environment by will or failing the test by disposing of the evidence]

In the end, I don't know whether I failed the test as my son arrives into the physical bedroom, I nod to his question but I also feel it's the time to end the meditation. I repeat the key words of the experiences to help the recall. I confirm no drool and tongue safely behind the teeth. I take notes."

I would be happy to receive your thoughts :)

Quote from: Volgerle on September 07, 2024, 14:35:49As I remember from my naturopathy as well as medical anatomy / physiology studies, and thus from a more physiological viewpoint the soft eye pressing on the closed eyes helps to activate the Vagus nerve which is part of the Parasympathetic nervous system, which regulates the mode 'rest and digest', as opposed to the mode 'fight and flight' of the Sympathetic nervous system that 'activates' the body.
It makes you more calm and relaxed and so it could indeed also deepen meditation and trance work.
 8-)

Thank you, Volgerle,

this is an interesting piece of the puzzle! The physiological viewpoint is fitting with the Shambhavi Mudra that the AI gave me info about. Although, when I read the links the AI gave me, the webpages don't mention the thumbs pressing into the eye socket upper inner points so I don't know where the AI was taking the info from

I have also found the BL-2 acupuncture pressure point where I think my AP was showing me but there the effects are mostly eye/headache-medicine related. What a mystery :)

Dear Frostytraveler,

Indeed, keep seeing many similarities.
Yes, interestingly, some sources even say we incarnate here to learn how to work with energy.

Yes, "energy critical mass" and then I'm able to have a metaphysical experiences. Although, when I started the experience wouldn't evolve from the vibrations and it would stay at that point only. But these days, vibrations are a sure sign something is coming :)

I cannot conclude anything about energy storages (as per Robert Bruce) as I have not experience of them yet.

How do you make sure you have ample energy reserve in your root?
I used to think it helped me be loving or joyous to project. I'd get this from interactions with people and/or being in nature. Once, it was thanks to a happy song I loved playing in my mind at the start of the meditation.

Also, I cannot claim yet to feel differences between nighttime and daytime meditations. However, daytime (afternoon) naps (and mornings) are especially productive for me.

How would you go about strobing chakras? I haven't come accross such information.

Lavender, yes, I agree with your interpretation. As you, I also experience various bright lights. Either they zoom on my right side next to me as if accompanying me or the light appears on the top of my field of view and descends down on and around me and I emerge on its top into the next stage/void/vision/whatever :) I also experience various light or purple swirls and fog.

Would you like to reveal more about your sport? Does it mean you do the practice/sport every night AND fall asleep to imagining it?

I have had most luck with imagining sliding down on a slide. The problem for me with these is that they seem to bring focus back to my body. How do you avoid that?

I also meditate each time I wake up at night. I take it as practice or habit formation.

For the "thought pattern" of energy, do you mean the memory of it?
I meant it a bit differently I think: the "thought pattern" that would bring the vibrations for me at times would be an actual thought, e.g. I'd think "I love my son" and this would trigger the vibrations.

I also feel like my astral body is loose in this state! I often notice that my astral body is in a different position than my physical body. Usually it's a small difference but once the astral was on my belly and the physical on my back. It had been confusing me for a long time until I confirmed that I'm experiencing two bodies!

"Once this energy forms with me, if low I will raise it. If strong I leave it be. If there is visual hypnagogic imagery I passively observe. If scenery I try to slowly enter without too much focus."
Same for me. And sometimes it feels somehow more natural to go for OBE and in that case I'd roll out. This has been my go to. Other times, when I'm less aware, I'd just sit up and go. Sometimes, I'd reach out for an imaginary object. Sometimes I just realise I'm in a different position than I should be and that this means I'm already out of my physical body. Usually, I find myself in the RTZ and go for a window, upon which I enter same (our street) or different location (foreign land). Or I'd get out of body and pronounce "higher self" and I'd zoom upwards (into astral lands). I hope this is helpful. Uff, such long posts! Thank you for your time and energy :)

Quote from: Tak on September 06, 2024, 17:16:04Hello BarboraD, welcome! I've thoroughly enjoyed everything you've shared in The Pulse, your experiences with energy, vibrations, and AP practice development. I appreciate you sharing your journey because I learn so much from everyone here.

I'm intrigued by your encounter with the Chinese dragon and your glimpse into an ancestral practice you'd never read about before. It makes me wonder if these subconscious downloads are connected to past or simultaneous lives where we explored similar practices.

During a recent meditation, I was guided through what felt like an Egyptian museum (or maybe the inside of a tomb) where I saw golden mummies, obelisks, statues, ancient inscriptions, cats, deities, and a huge Anubis statue. I also saw many other things I couldn't identify. While I've always been fascinated by ancient civilizations, I'm no expert, and it's not something I've explored recently. Similarly, I've seen Mayan and Aztec ruins with ancient hieroglyphs and mysterious writings. It seems we share a similar experience, and I'm curious about the reason behind it. The only explanation I can think of is that we may have had connections to these cultures in our "past lives" - and I put that in quotes because in the realm of pure consciousness, time doesn't exist.

As a child, I had some out-of-body experiences and lucid dreams. At the time, I hadn't read any books or seen documentaries about these topics, nor had I discussed them with anyone. Yet, I was intuitively drawn to practices that I later found described in books. It seems our subconscious gifts us with these downloads, possibly from past lives, to help us navigate our current journey without starting from scratch.

Keep up the great work!

Dear Tak,

Thank you for your kind words! I'm not sure if I haven't been "spamming" the forums with all my recent posts!

I agree with your thoughts about "past lives". Egypt and Mayan/Aztec. Hmmm, are you by any chance familiar with the Ra Material (also known as the Law of One - Egypt) or with Quetzalcoatl channelings (Mayan/Aztec)?

Curiously for me, the Chinese aspect appeared for me in some other APs. Now it seems to form a pattern.

I have tried to apply the thumbs for the first time yesterday in my pre-sleep meditation, even though I was tired. I didn't expect much at all. But what do you know, I had an AP and I remembered it all the way until the morning! So there might be something to it  :-)

I'm posting my diary entry below.

"Sat 7.8.24
6:30am memory of pre-sleep AP

I'm tired from my business trip and prime straight away on my right side (normally, I start on my back and after I feel I'm ready, I turn to my side). I briefly experiment with pressing my thumbs gently into the eye sockets. The pressure remains for unexpectedly long time even after removing my thumbs. I focus on the top of the crown.
Blissful vibrations come and I breathe into them. In the root it feels almost orgasmic (I try not to orgasm  ) and in the crown not so pleasant. I breathe repeatedly into the vibrations for experimentation purposes while my husband comes into the bedroom and I ignore him to focus on the meditation :-D
Some visions, some lucid dreams, some dreams. (For a pity, I don't recall those.)"

I'm glad to have remembered this much. I always meditate (towards APs/OBEs) before sleep but this was the first time, I remembered an actual experience from such a meditation. Perhaps it happened in the past and I forgot. I certainly see the danger of the pre-sleep sessions. I'm going to experiment with the thumbs more  :-)

Quote from: Frostytraveler on September 04, 2024, 07:36:07Hello BarboraD,

My energy signature/characteristics do feel very much like what you experience. However the origin of the energy, most of the time, is fairly non-distinct. However, if I had to pick a chakra that is a bit more dominant or perhaps the origin of the energy bursts I would say it's the heart chakra. Aside from my last extreme energy event where the root chakra was clearly involved and perhaps more dominant, generally they are all involved so I do not try and isolate the energy as I am engulfed in it. I can wake up from the blissful energy and it is encapsulating my entire body (head to toe). Feels like high frequency warm euphoric waves traveling up and down the body, certainly passing through all the chakras. At times the energy feels that it engulfs my entire body permeating from the inside core of my body to all outside surface areas simultaneously in a repeating sequence (hence no vertical wave location movement). This particular energy dispersement pattern actually resembles my avatar. Usually I do not pay much attention or analyze how it is impacting my chakra system when these energy events are occurring.

On one particular event I saw a lavender color in the shape of a sphere from my third eye as the energy waves were occurring. On my last energy event I woke up with my customary energy waves, but this time it was stronger. I elected to increase the energy as you mentioned in another thread by "breathing into" the waves, and joining with their momentum. Well, it increased so much so that the state wasn't exactly as blissful as typical. I thought it was triggering an OBE/AP but my physical symptoms became too much and too distracting. It felt as if I was given a mega dose of adrenaline along with an applied electrical current. I posted on this in another thread yesterday.

My energy usually occurs at night and I wake up to it. It usually occurs with vivid third eye visions, however during this extremely high energy event, I did not have any hypnagogic imagery. At times when the energy recurs on multiple days in a row, I can have a subtle version of this energy occur even while completely awake if I am relaxing. Daytime meditation can also bring up the energy. Lastly "motion imagery events" to trigger projections is also a major contributing factor as to calling upon this energy. I do the motion event at bedtime and fall asleep to it (thank you LightBeam). Then usually within 20 to 50 minutes later I wake up to this energy. The % ratio for the motion event triggering the energy activity is very high. The % ratio started between 50-75% of the time, but now is more commonly at the 75% mark.

As far as why some people have this form of energy while others have the turbulent version... Not so sure, but I have my speculative theories on this. I do belief our individual frequency and energy reserve pool plays a role in this. Do you do any Tai Chi or Qigong? Do you have any history of high tier martial arts training? This can play a role upon the energy amount, the energy signature and intensity available at a given time. Some individuals may be just have innately high amounts of energy and combined with energy producing techniques, things just escalate. In my case, I have innate levels of high Chi energy going in, plus ample Chinese martial arts training, meditation and Emei Qigong (Wuji Gong) practice. I added in some of Robert Bruce's energy work for kicks. Yeah, I realize this is a bit extreme, and is something I am toning down a bit due to the extreme nature of my last energy event.

My energy typically feels similar but can vary in intensity. As mentioned, it is usually widespread, but on occasion has a more dominant location or at least origin. The energy is mostly blissful in nature, however when calling upon Chi for martial arts strength or flow in sports activity I.e. "state of no mind" activity it is not blissful it is just a calming purity and a feeling of unity where over analysis and over thinking fade away. I hope that makes sense.

Dear Frostytraveler,

Thank you for you wonderfully rich informative response. I took some time to digest the information. It seems indeed that we share some characteristics.

As for your mention of the heart chakra origin or dominance for the otherwise non-distinct blissful energy, I realise that I do feel the origin at times as coming from my back and enveloping me. I realise now that this could be the back opening (as opposed to the chest one) of the heart chakra vortex... Interesting thought :) Thank you. Maybe I could say the general start for me would be the root and/or the heart. Except one of the last times it clearly was the crown and solar combination. I'm beginning to think also that the origin of them isn't so important. Maybe the energy itself that results from them is the energy to use for the metaphysical experiences no matter the source? :)

Likewise, I also generally wake up to this energy already engulfing my body but it can come in daytime meditation too. And it feels like various waves of energy crossing my body. The waves can go in different patterns. Once, I observed sagiatal crossectional pattern which was curious/unusual to me. Curiously, the energy can be triggered also by various thought patterns! Did you experience that too?

As for the lavender colour, my experience is similar. I have seen purplish oval shape in the centre of the field of view (Robert Bruce talks about a Strobe Effect, could this be related?). Or (in the preparatory phases) various purple swirls or fog (can be blueish too). Purple is generally often present in my (more notable) AP visions, and connected to what I might perceive as my guides.

Are the "motion imagery events" your recent breakthrough? For me, my recent (last month's?) breakthrough was putting my focal point of awareness on the very tip of the crown before sleep (around the 2-4-6am times), then falling asleep and waking up to these blissful vibrations. This has increased the frequency of OBE/AP events dramatically for me.

Do you think that the mega dose of adrenaline might have been your fear response to the occuring events because they were new and unusual?

As for martial arts and energy training, I have a total of zero. In my teens/twenties, I played volleyball, did a reiki initiation. Actually, I theorised that I had early success with Monroe-style (first book) OBE-induction because I could make my body "dead"/asleep so easily because I'm generally very passive/solid/slow in my body :) But I have always had vivid dreams so maybe the energy has been concentrated into those aspects :)

As to the "state of no mind" you mention, this has become more easily accessible to me since 2016, when I had a 10-day oneness experience (ego dissolution, merging with all), and deepened a little since last month (shortly before the "crown focus" breakthrough). I find that the meditation practice helps to build up (verrry slowly :) ) the ability to work with the mind/focus as needed.

Thank you again for this communication.

Dear Frostytraveler,

Thank you for sharing your extremely interesting experience! I'm very curious to know as I seem to have a very similar "projection pattern" as you. Notably, the blissful vibrations as a sign for metaphysical activity; usually indirect leading to OBE in RTZ or AP, or less often direct. I'm curious about your breakthrough. I had a breakthrough recently myself so I'm keen to know if we are going along the se energy path so to say  :-)

Dear Traveler,
It seems to me that in any case you had already figured out that bit about her being your guide in your other post :-) Best of luck and keep us informed  :-)

Hello All,

I'd like to share a recent AP experience which appeared to contain information about a spiritual practice.

I include the notes from my diary.

"Sun 31.8.24

1:00-1:25am meditation: Chinese-themed astral travel

I meditate on my back and follow the usual visuals. I observe many visuals, even the seeming black void with lights twice. The visuals seem endless and I don't fall asleep (I am able to keep my awareness because of a jet lag effect) but I also don't progress. Even when I appear to visit the void twice, I don't progress to anything memorable.

I change my tactics and instead of the road of following the visuals, I choose to (still on my back) put the focal point of awareness on the area on the very top of my head (improvement after reading Frank Kepple's post collection). This is my more usual/older approach, in which I would "reach out for the vibrations" Monroe-style (from his first book). So as usual, I "prime" myself in this way for some time.

Toilet break. I know it won't disturb the meditation much at this point.

I lie on my right side to "settle for sleep" (I usually wake up to vibrations this way after the "priming").
I follow the visuals for a bit. I'm feeling a subtle shift, of give/release/submit myself to the flow of the experience (that hard to describe feeling).

With this shift, there's a feeling of not feeling my breathing (because not feeling my body?). I worry that I died (heh) and, as a result, I notice my fast breathing and fast heart beat (fear response).
Simultaneously, I perceive that I'm in a tunnel that's taking me fast. I manage to relax into the flow again. I observe my breathing is slow and all is good to proceed.

I'm aware of blissful vibrations (cannot recall when they started as I had been preoccupied with calming myself  :-D ).

I can hear a mosquito noise and I think that I'll have to let myself get the bites as it'll likely sit on my face soon. I'm not going to risk breaking the meditation for this  :-D

I have a feeling again (like in prior experience! and I have just remembered it!) as if both of my thumbs are pressing into a specific point in my upper inner right eye socket (in the small ridge there) as if it means something (but what could it mean?). At the same time, I know that my physical hands/thumbs are not located near my physical eyes [confirmed true, they were elsewhere besides my pillow].

I'm still zooming via a tunnel feeling the blissful vibrations. Suddenly, I perceive a black and white pattern of square tiles but distorted as if a 3D stereogram that comes to life in a shape of a Chinese-like tiger/dragon.

Mindful of Frank's advice to keep it short, I begin to take notes of the whole experience with a faint thought "visuals f**k that" (whaaat? did I really think that? am I that naughty in the depths of my mind?  ) but realise I'm still in the meditation.

So I come back to take notes for real to not lose the memory of the special experience.

In the morning, I'm curious about the thumbs and eye sockets. I ask the AI: "What spiritual practice involves pressing thumbs into eye sockets in a meditation?"
Answer: "The practice you're referring to is likely Shambhavi Mudra, a yogic technique used in meditation and spiritual practices. In Shambhavi Mudra, practitioners gently press their thumbs into their eye sockets while focusing their gaze at the point between the eyebrows, also known as the third eye or Ajna chakra1. This practice is believed to help direct energy flow, enhance concentration, and deepen meditation."

End of my diary entry :)

I'm quite mind-blown as, to my knowledge, I had never read or come accross such a practice in my waking life.

Later, when I discussed this experience with my friend, I noticed that in addition to the practice, which has a Chinese feel to it, I also saw the Chinese-tiger/dragon, affirming the theme of the experience.

I imagine I might want to explore this practice and give it a go! Any thoughts? :)

Quote from: Traveler_2649 on July 08, 2024, 01:08:09It was a bit of an odd dream. I was with my dad and older brother, and we were at some kind of big race event. The three of us were there to compete in different events. We were borrowing vehicles to compete. The owners were friendly, but I don't know any of them. My dad raced first. He did a quarter mile drag race in a heavily modified school bus. I distinctly remember that he managed to get a 10.7 second time, a whole second faster than the next best time. Then it was my turn to race in a motorcycle event.

A woman was letting me use her motorcycle for the event. She has her hair tied up in a bandana, and was very friendly. She explained that she has personally modified the bike, and was clearly very proud of it. The motorcycle was hardly recognizable. It looked like something out of a Mad Max film, aggressively modified for off road use. I had difficulty riding it, and I was struggling to get it to run properly. As the steam went on, I grew frustrated because I was losing badly. The race was to see who could travel the furthest distance in 30 minutes, and I was wasting time stalling the bike. It gradually dawned on me by checking the bike that this motorcycle had started out as the same motorcycle I currently own.

Dear Traveler,

When reading the description of your dream, it occured to me if it might not be a symbology of your incarnation.

Big race event - these lifetimes on Earth
With your dad and brother - incarnating here together in your family
Competing in different events - because each of you have a different lesson plan here
Borrowed vehicles to compete - the physical bodies to be used
Friendly owners - friendly guides who helped you plan the incarnations
You didn't know them - because of the veil placed on our memory of the other side
You dad went first - he was born into the incarnation first
Your dad did/is doing very well for himself in the school of Earth <3
The woman as your guide, preparing your vehicle/body specifically well for this lifetime. She was *proud* of her work and friendly - to give you confidence that there was guidance for your "race" on Earth even when it feels so difficult here at times and we have various problems with our "vehicles".

Anyway, just some thoughts :) It's very interesting and definitely thank you for sharing.  :-)

Quote from: Frostytraveler on September 03, 2024, 15:18:28I have experienced this energy body bliss many times. It is a very refined, warm, high frequency energy that produces a very euphoric state. I would not categorize it as being a harsh vibrational state, which many experience and find alarming at times. If this refined energy gets too strong though it is not quite as pleasant an experience. This happed to me the other night when I raised the energy to exceedingly high levels. I find the below quotation very much applicable (also see link):

"These surges of energy are purifying your body of old conditioning and limitations. Your physical structure is awakening to its true nature as consciousness, light, and energy."

https://www.deepakchopra.com/articles/experiencing-energy-surges-in-the-body/

I also see Chi energy playing an important role in these energy experiences.

Hello Frostytraveler,

Thank you for your response, it's much appreciated :) Please does your bliss come from specific energy work in it's own right or from preparing for AP/OBE? Would vibrations for various purposes feel different to you?

I find that for both AP and OBE as well as in the energy centre activation experience above, all those vibrations were similarly blissful at a first look. But I can now begin to perceive the differences. Seems to me that the root one is more sexual/orgasmic. And the yellow gives the more overwhelmingly powerful ones? I suppose time and multiple explorations will be our friend here :)

Quote from: EscapeVelocity on September 02, 2024, 16:21:39In my experience yes, the Void can look different and I'm not sure why, maybe it has to do with personal energy or degree of awareness- I've seen it inky black, grainy, with pinpoint lights and without, soft dove gray one time (maybe that wasn't the Void)...I love the blissful tranquility...like a vacation beyond Time!
Imagining it in Frank's F2 is certainly a possibility, I suppose. Maybe the lesson there is simply the realization of that.
The Void is also recognized in Monroe terminology as Focus 15.

If you have managed to have the Void transport you somewhere, please start a separate thread and tell us one of your adventures, we would love to read about it!

Thank you, EV, for your tips, they're greatly appreciated :) It's reassuring to read about your experiences of it. And I agree that if it looks a bit odd, one can perhaps affirm/request to see the void.

I did such an affirmation once in my AP and the environment remained the same so, hopefully, the affirmation didn't fail. How can one know?   :-)

Yes, dear Monroe was how it all started for me. Then Bruce Moen, Robert Bruce, and Frank Kepple <3

Hello Amongthestarz,

Thank you for your reply. I started practising in July 2023 and I don't feel like a pro, more like a beginner. Thank you for your kind words :) This 9-exit one was a highly unusual experience and, as you can tell, I didn't get to do anything substantial. Maybe it was all about practising exit technique  :-D

Recently, in a different meditation that I posted here, I was perceiving activations of energy centres by seeing their bliss explosions. Each centre felt so different. Combined with reading Frank Kepple's post collection, I have a theory that the vibration might feel different for different people also based on in which location they might start. Or perhaps it simply depends on the personal energy characteristics of the person?

I suspect my vibrations are from around the root energy centre or perhaps my deep nature it very naughty  :-D  My other theory is that my guides know how to attract my attention to and motivate me about meditation  :-D
In any case, it has been a puzzle to me that has kept me exploring and trying to understand :)

Quick edit: I forgot to add that I think the turbulent vibrations might come from starting about from crown and yellow energy centres. I'd be curious to know where you feel them start! Although it can vary as well :)

I wish you best of luck with your next exit and or astral travel via the void! :)

Hello All,

I'd like to share a recent experience that was unusual for the high number of exits from the body. I am posting edited notes from my diary :) For initial explanation, the way I tend to experience the vibrations is as blissful, and at times the bliss actually feels what I must describe as orgasmic. It is very puzzling to me and I try to learn more about it :) My notes are in brackets.

"Sat 24.8.24
5:52-7:21am meditation: OBE #16 (9 exits)
On my back. I feel blissful, even orgasmic vibrations. Because I recognise these vibrations, I realise I could leave the body. So I simply get up and go towards the window [this is unusual for me, usually it takes more effort to leave the body. I think I am too sleepy/unaware so I don't remember or don't realise that I normally find it harder. Also, normally I am on my back and roll out]. I find myself back in the body. I open my [astral] eyes, get up and leave the body again. I repeat this a total of 3 times. Exiting the body is quite easy [unusual for me].

I realise [getting less sleepy and more lucid] I am in a different/foreign room, with lots of white space and bright windows and windows to the left of the bed, not in my current physical bedroom.

I very briefly open my physical eyes a bit and confirm that I am now in my real physical bedroom and what I saw before must have been a different dream/astral bedroom. I close my physical eyes again and continue.

Then I continue in that same meditative blissful state from our actual physical bedroom. I have 3 exits towards the window with the intent to fly into the street from our 4th level, 1 exit for my son's bedroom, and 2 exits within our bedroom itself. The exits feel more controlled than usual.

I am mostly blind again, especially when I leave into another room or out of the window. [I think my "brain"/"protective sense of self" is blocking me because it doesn't want to see. It sees only in the room itself.] but overall the vision is better than usual.

All exits are interspersed with orgasmic bliss. I note that breathing into the vibrations increases the root chakra pleasure [experimenting to confirm previous experiences]. I breathe into other chakras and note that breathing into them at this time doesn't in any way activate them [again experimenting to confirm previous experiences]. It was at times hard not to let the vibrations evolve into a full orgasm, as this time almost any breathing would bring me closer to an orgasm [what can I say, I try to report to you accurately, LOL. It is an area of investigation for me] but I was more focused on the exits. [There was also another experiment, which I am not including here now, related to a previous experience].

More notes:
The experience happened as I was coming out of my dreamstate because the meditation was from 6:00-7:20am. I think I fell asleep early on around 6am and came to myself or became lucid in that dream white bright bedroom but with some awareness/memory of the meditation. So it was the perfect little-sleepy state that can help with these experiences.

In Frank Kepple's terminology, I'd understand it as a dream turned a lucid dream with an astral projection overlay. Then confirming the physical room and more OBEs. So it would be various overlays of Frank's F2 (dream, lucid dream, first 3 exits) with Frank's F1 (the physical and the Real-Time Zone)."

End of the diary entry :)

Quote from: EscapeVelocity on September 02, 2024, 14:23:39Observing the Void, you may notice what look like stars or tiny pinpoints of light; you can also notice the depth and texture qualities of the inky darkness; hence, it is also known as the 3 dimensional darkness/Void.

Thank you for your kind advice! I think I have been to what I might call the void numerous times (maybe 15? times in the last year since I have started). I wonder, is it normal that it can look a little different each time? I recognise it mostly by the (blissful for me) vibrations and usually the star-like blackness (which I find very beautiful) and yes, the forwards zooming. To clarify, usually, I see numerous/infinite stars. Once I saw 15 stars. Once one huge star/light. Once, it was more of a grainy blackness. Sometimes I'm guided somewhere and sometimes it feels like nothing is happening. Maybe "they" test my patience or maybe I'm not "there" in the void?  :-D

Also, following Frank Kepple's terminology, I guess it would be possible to imagine the void within the F2 instead of actually being there?

Quote from: Amongthestarz333 on September 02, 2024, 14:11:48Ooooo well I'm glad I'm not alone! Hopefully with more practice, we will get somewhere. I think I will make intent to just go where my soul/spirit intends me to go. Or to meet my guides and I am trying to set these intentions during the day time so I have a better chance of remembering later on!

Thanks for following along, I'm glad we are finding similarities between our journeys :)

Thank you! I didn't want to comment at first because I wasn't sure if it would be welcome to encroach on your topic here. I'm still new to the forum :D I'm very glad we can share with others here, how amazing :)

I fully agree with your intent setting process. I use the same approach - to soak my subconscious mind with it enough during the daytime so it would be remembered during te experiences :) And I also agree with following the guidance or connecting with the guides.

Thank you all for this conversation. I'm following with interest  :-)
Sometimes I experience the same lack of ability (to imagine for example the place of where I want to project) when I feel myself to be in the void and I also experience the movement (forward zooming) there.

Thank you for your welcome, I do appreciate it <3 It's so lovely to connect with others about one's passions :)

Yes, indeed they're real and yet experienced differently. You know how it is. When something is known and believed on theoretical and faith levels but then, through personal experience, it becomes a known. I just love this process of discovery :)

Hello all,

I am new to the Astral Pulse forums (this is my first post) but not entirely new to the exploration of various states of focus, if I follow Frank's terminology. For a brief intro, I found "spirituality" in 2016 as an atheist neuroscientist. My inner journey started then :) I came across Monroe one year ago and was immediately taken by his approach and dived right in with immense passion into exploring OBEs. I was introduced to Frank's PDF collection this month. It has been powerfully illuminating and so here I am, wishing to share with you my very recent and quite the first-for-me (in such an extent) personal experience of the energy centres. I am posting from my diary with extra notes in brackets. Pardon my old-school use of the term chakra in the notes :)

5:10-6:15am meditation: vibrations chakra bliss explosions

I am lying on my back as usual. I am placing my focal point of awareness on the top of my brain / top of my mind. In this morning time, this is quite hard for me. I am seeing some usual visuals and bright screens with people (this is my normal swirls-state / focus 2 experience).

I fall asleep and have a short dream that I am going to talk to my boss to ask about job recommendations because I want to leave science to do management or some other form of science. After a small dream segment, I wake up back into the meditative state. (This in-and-out of dreamstate is normal for me.)

Right away, I bring my focus to the top of my mind again as is the usual habit. This brings the sensation of vibrations to this area. Immediately with the first vibrations, I remember Frank's advice to breathe (breathe out slowly and deeply) to bring the vibrations down. This is all happening fast with a vague memory of the advice and semi-automatically and still somewhat sleepily.

So I imagine the focal point of awareness while having the vibrations to travel down along my spine to my root. I do feel some tingling, enlivening, crackling sensations as I move the focus along the spine. Encouraged by the sensation, I bring the focus back up to the top and down to the root (maybe I repeat this a few times?). Suddenly and all at once, the vibrations are in the whole body like my good old vibrations that I know so well! (These vibrations I normally experience as a full-body blissful, almost or fully orgasmic sensation. I have been trying to get an explanation for this state for some time now.)

Then I breathe and slowly bring my focus into each chakra along the spine and have an explosion of bliss there. In the root, it is the blissful/orgasmic feeling that I know so well. I reflect how the root chakra is close to the clitoris and maybe that is why it feels this way.

In the second chakra there is another explosion of bliss. In the yellow and green and blue too. I do each chakra repeatedly. I also gently arch my body (physical or "astral"?) for the orange, yellow and green. I can do green and orange at the same time. This is somehow a natural combination with the arching of my back for the green and the arching of my pelvis for the orange. I do this repeatedly, meaning green, yellow, orange, green+orange - on repeat. The sensation of bliss is almost eye-crossing, passing-out strong. Each explosion lasts maybe 2-3 seconds, I can only last this long either because they are so strong or maybe because that is the natural breath length. Is amazingly wonderfully blissful.

I can actually also see (see and feel at the same time) each explosion as if the energy was shooting upwards from each chakra in powerful columns of swirling white crackling energy. Yellow feels very powerful, full of core power. Green feels very large, wide and expanded. I don't recall blue because I didn't have time to explore it much before running out of power. Blue and orange felt as smaller columns, meaning narrower. The combination of green and orange is beyond describing, as if the two columns join and their combined energy/explosion engulfs me.

At the same time, it is as if I can see the ceiling and some crackling sparks there too. It feels as if I my eyes are open and I am seeing the structure of the ceiling up close. (Was my consciousness "out of the body" and up?).

At the same time, I am also a bit nervous about my work morning (which was reflected in the dream) and I feel these nerves too as running down there (reference to body down there?) through my body along the side of the spine but this sensation is comparably very faint and does not disturb my chakra play.

Then, I think to stop this exercise. Or perhaps I ran out of focus :) I try to continue the meditation by focusing on the top of the brain/mind again and seeing the usual swirls. But shortly after, I decide to take notes as to not risk falling asleep and not remembering this exquisite experience.

Of note, I'm referring to the energy centres as chakras by their colours but I didn't see colours.

I felt still rather energised while taking the notes right after the experience.

That's it from the notes. This experience makes me feel convinced beyond doubt that the energy centres are quite "real" as before I had more of a theoretical information/knowledge :) I would be curious for anyone sharing their experiences. See you around! :)
