Anyone tried out Mystic Web's on-line courses? It seems like a serious course. But I really don't know. I'm liking this new life I'm having after starting reading and exercising astral travel.

I have a few questions.Please help me. 
I'm currently using Brain Wave generator to project.Do you advice me to stop, or is this a good help?
One time when i was trying to project, I kind of caught myself steering at the wall.I kind of realized that my eyes were open.When I looked around everything was in a low resolution. Not animated, real-life.Kind of video. Voices and music coming and going.And shadow-people appearing.My heartbeat was going very fast.I felt vibrations(I think).I felt inside that I could leave the body from this state, but I was afraid that I should pass out.Or die maybe. (I used Brain Wave Generator)
Was I close? What was this low resolution thing?
The last question. Anyone tried the Salt cube-technique?
