I had one last night too! it was really weird... i was rock fishing with some friends and we decided to move around a bit and had to step through a narrow wedge in the rocks that had a roof over it (like a little tunnel) then all of a sudden in was lying naked next to a walking track in a forest... a few people walked past me and i said man am i embarased and they said dont worry its ok. I then remember thinking wtf and suddenly realised it was a dream! i thought ok i should try and take control but then i woke up.

What about deja-vu? when you do something and think man I've been here before or you think to yourself i know that person but you cant think where.... I've always wondered if there was more to those feelings than what  people generally think.

Well I've just started Mastering Astral Projection and am up to day 5... last night i did some energy body work with my feet and man they weren't kidding when they said that your feet aren't used to this kind of stimulation! after i was finished they were all buzzy for about and hour

I've just started Mastering Astral Projection after mucking around with it a little bit but having very limited success... i really got interested in it when i heard Robert on Dreamland. My Gran had died about 6 months ago who i was very close to and that's my main motivation for doing this! if there is a way i can see her again before i die then I'm there!
