Hmm, I just wish he would have said more of why certain things are good or bad instead of just saying Give me more money and visit my site.

It does seem like he out to get a lot of money.

Kevin Trudeau made a book called Natural Cures. It has sparked a lot of controversy and Kevin has a somewhat shady past. So far I've read about 170 pages of this book and a lot of it makes sense, but I was wondering if anyone else agreed?

He basically accused the FDA, FTC, and big pharma companies of working together to keep people sick and unhealthy in order to increase their profits.

Mr.Trudeau then went on show things you can do to improve your health.

A lot of this information is defitnely eye-opening stuff, but I was just wondering if this man was a conartist or if his book was a scam.

If his stuff is true, it could be truly beneficial.

We can not control our emotions, it is impossible.

Although we can greatly increase their feeling or greatly reduce it. If were sad or mad, that feeling will come, but we can make it go away. But we can never have control over what we feel 24/7.

A book called Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman explains this topic thoroughly.

As for depression, running really helps. It creates a natural high. Being skeptical of everything you read can also help. Don't believe every single conspiracy theory you've ever read. Barely any of them are based on fact.

When I used it, it never directly gave me the vibrations. But when I would listen to it before going to bed, I would sometimes get vibrations that need.

After listening to Deep Meditation 2, I also heard singing after listening to it for about an hour and a half.

Quit whining? Did anyone ever see "Remeber the Titans"? Remember when the white coach gave the black player extra slack, Denzel Washington did not take it, he said you treat everyone equally and show no favoritism.

My point is you should treat everyone the same. Affirmative action is almost a rasicst policy itself because it almost implies that minorities are not as smart as whites.

The argument that "non-whites" are poorer than whites is doomed to failure, because your showing favoritism to rich minorities or hatred to poor whites.

It would be better to base the system of affirmative action on family income level than race. That would make more sense, and most likely would be more fair.

Lets treat everyone the same. Your skin color should not give you priority  over another candidate. I have many white friends that won't work hard in school because they know even if they are best, they still won't be able to get into an IV-League college.

(I will admit affirmative action on jobs make sense though in some situations. It prevents companies from keeping a race in poverty levels)

I think some native american music with flutes would be a nice addition to your astral projection.

Its a very easy to thing to do. All we need to do is find a server we like and put a channel on it. Most servers will host the channel for free, and let us moderate it.

You world normally need an irc client such as mirc, chatzilla or xchat, but we could even create a link to click that would load the chatroom in a java applet.

I've never had it, or I had it but I did not notice it because I did not attempt to move.

I'm personally going to vote for the party I agree with more, because obviously I can not change the government.

My problem with people who disagree with the actions of my country right now is that they're NOT outraged by murderers. But Rather blame the victim for the crimes committed against her. How is it wrong to wage war against those who would and have killed us (that's right you too)? And if I sound like Donald Rumsfeld now good! This isn't about oil? That's upsurd! Besides we get more than 50% of our oil from Canada....

I am outraged my murderers,too. I also disagree with torture. I seriously doubt Iraq would have attached us considering the fact they had no WMDS. Also, we our current administration outsources torture to other nations, how come your not outraged with them?

Our enemies are evil. We've been attacked by them for over 20 years all the while trying it your way. We've negotiated and talked and gotten UN resolution after resolution. NOTHING GOOD CAME FROM IT. The time for talk is over and in my mind if you thwart us you're in league with our enemy. BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT ENEMIES DO. Its not too hard to figure out.

Of course negotiating works, you just have to realize who your negotiating with. We ended WW2 early because of negotiation.

They did not attack us because they were a country and we negotiated peace terms. They were not some renegade terrorist organization that beleives they'll visit 71 virgins in heaven if they set off a car bomb and kill innocents.

But anyways, We were wrong to invade Iraq in the manner we did. And it is a bit extreme to just invade Iran at the moment. Our economy is weak and Iran has not done anything.

That is not true, some policticians don't care, but others do. It all depends on who you vote for and who you put in office.

I would guess so. When I meditate sometimes images will just fly by in my mind's eye for a quick second and then leave. They normally always have some sort of "theme" towards them.

That sounds very cool. I sometimes feel really good when I wake up. I have a feeling I talked to my higher - self but forgot the conversation.

I find reassurance just knowing that their is a higher self that looks out for us.

That is good news for me. I know that feeling over your body saying "Roll over now. I want to sleep." I will keep in mind to try sleep with my head facing the ceiling.

Hmm. I slept for 5 hours and woke up at 2 and listened to this till 3. Went back to bed and no effect.

Because not all of us can AP on our own.  

I actually agree, I am making very very slow progress, and even sometimes backwards progress. I hope one day I may be able to AP and have lots of Lucid Dreams.
