Welcome to Astral Chat! / The 'White Light' Trap???

This reality is an illusion? ::yawn:: That concept is nothing new and has been around for thousands of years. David Icke's books, though interesting, are fiction.

Being paranoid about the "soulless aliens" or the "machienes" I find to be frivolous.

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / Snapped Back

I have had OBE experiences sporadically and have been recently been able to do them at will. A lot of people have problems creating an OBE but that's not really the case for me. I have no trouble getting out of my body, but I have a problem staying out.

I find myself being able to get out and I usually find myself hovering about my body. I just feel so disorientated (seeing without eyes, hearing without ears) that I feel myself snap back like a rubber band. I also have a very difficult time moving around and feel almost drunk. Any advice on how to overcome this or is practice key?

I have thought that maybe I should try to Astral while in a lounge back chair so I can Astral in front of me so I won't feel so weird as when I am lying on my bed and find myself floating. Does anyone think that doing so might help?

Has anyone ever had this problem before?

Thanks Everyone.

BTW, I recently bought Astral Dynamics along with the workbook and BrainWave Generator. I find the books to be more about inducing an OBE which is fine since I am up for new ideas.
