Last night I awoke feeling something rubbing the side of my face. My body automatically wiggled my head because it tickled. It felt like a dog was rubbing its whiskers on my cheek. I lost my dog about 4 months ago (was an outside dog - not an inside one). Anyway, as this woke me up, I could see on the other side of the bed (between the bed and bookcase), what looked like myself (in "The Thinker" pose). I opened and closed my eyes several times, seeing the same thing very distinctly. Then as I focused on this person it melded into the stereo and items on the bookcase right behind it. So my question is, was I seeing my body double, or was my mind playing tricks and just taking things in the room and making them seem like something else.

I read this book several years ago and found it to be an excellent read. I particularly liked how it used actual experience, or real life examples to back up much of what was said. It was a good combination of a physic/metaphysics book.

Last night I had an experience where I found myself in bed in a position like I was doing push-ups, but my hands were not supporting myself. Everything felt very real. The only indication to me that it was not physical, was that I didn't need my hands to support me in the strange pose I was in. I was leaning over my spouse while doing this and felt energy moving through my hands. I was moving my hands over my partner trying to accomplish something definite, but I can't remember what. Anybody else had an experience like this. Any ideas as to what I might have been doing with the energy going through my hands.

In this dream there was a worm shape thing under my skin that went down my arm and into my hand. The feeling was that it had been there for some time, but that I had thought it was a natural part of my body. I remembered (probably from listening to Robert on the radio about psychic self defense in real life) that someone else had something similar and it was parasitic. So I tried to put pressure on the tube/worm like structure under my skin and it began to move. It was trying to retreat up the arm into my body so that I could not see it, but I successfully stopped its movement by pressing down through my skin. I then began to force it down further into my hand to the end of one of my fingers. Originally, it had been about 5 – 6 inches long, but was now only an inch or so in length. I knew that it had very sharp teeth and mouth that I thought might be used against it to force it to eat its way out through the end of my finger. This worked. It came out (although, I did not actually see it come out I just saw it out), and I placed it in a bottle so that I could show someone later and ask what it was. It looked like a white grub with a dark (black) head (mainly mouth). I thought of filling the bottle with alcohol and preserving, and killing it at the same time. I don't know if I did. It was still alive, but not in me anymore. Perhaps I was cleansing myself in the sleep state?

Any thoughts as to what this means, if anything
