my wife's sister called her a few minutes ago.  She was telling her about a dream she had. she was walking through the woods and found an elderly woman sitting by a fire. Both my wife and her sister are half native American. when she came to the woman she handed her a headdress. she said she felt familiar with the woman but didn't trust her. then her dad appeared and told her to take it off and leave she didn't need to do that. she ignored his request. she sat down and the woman played sine kind of flute. they sang a song together. then she wokeup in a panic. well my wife and sister just met this year after not seeing each since they were 6 and 2. my wife being the oldest. my wife told me about this same dream about 2 years ago. but she explained to me earlier that she felt like she knew the woman. and felt completely comfortable with her. could this be someone from the spirit world trying to contact them? it really freaked me out aswell.

I've been trying every night since. but when I get to the vibrations I start shivering and tense up. I always lose the feeling.

@astral-trea it was very much conscious. I asked if she remember me coming in and she now thinks I'm crazy. I thought she would remember and too experience it. alot of people talk about being pulled from their body and I was thinking maybe I did that to her.maybe she just doesn't remember.

yeah it helped.. sorry for not making it clear. I'm typing on a cell phone. I want to keep trying though it seems like something that could be amazing. I told my wife about it. she now thinks I'm crazy lol

hey everyone, I had my first astral experience last night. I suffer from sleep paralysis and a few months ago while researching it I stumbled upon astral projection. I haven't stopped reading since. well, last night I was trying to go to sleep and I felt the vibrating sensation. I heard an extremely loud sound I couldn't even begin to explain. I immediately realized wow its about to happen. I tried to roll over and I was out. It was very scary. I seemed to be walking 100 miles an hour. The whole time it was going on I could hear almost like a bull snarling and it made it very unpleasant.  well I had started on the couch and went to the bedroom door. as soon as I touched the handle I flew back into my body. I was very scared but I tried it again.. every thing went the same(vibes,rolled,snarling etc). i looked back at my body .this time I went through the bedroom door and stood over my wife yelling to wake her up. I grabbed her hand and the only way to describe it is I pulled her soul out of her body and danced with her for a few moments. Then returned to my body.It was very scary the whole time.. my house seemed way darkest than usual. The snarling sound was very unnerving.  it was almost right in my ear. I felt paranoid/watched the whole time. Afterwards I went to sleep and havld the most realistic dream I've ever had. my 2 year old kept walking away ..following something.. I could sense evil. I woke up from that around 1 and I was scared to go back to sleep.
