Hello Birm, but I had some questions. When I concentrate my NNN sound with my breath exercise. My breath sound has interrupt that NNN sound. Also, what I need to see with my astral third eye ? How can I concentrate to 3. eye ? What I must feel for feeling my 3. eye ?

I want to try triangle method but I can't hear any SSSHHHH sound in deep of my ears. But then I had that idea!.. I'll try this technique again and again when I hear some sound that you describe to SSSHHHH sound. Is there any other technique for hear this sound. I feel and hear only NNNNNNNN sound, that like, open your TV and Mute it. You'll hear a NNNN sound from your TV.. I had only hear this sound. What can I do for hearing SSSS sound ?
