Hello everyone,



This is a picture i drew when my partner and i had recently met. You know how it is, hours on the telephone, dreamily chatting for totally besotted
Anyway one evening i felt inspired to draw something whilst we were talking, i had no idea what it would be, i just got out my oil pastels and a hour and a half and a large phone bill later- lol- this is what it became. I gave the picture  to him when i saw him a couple of days later, he was quite surprised at the result!
Of course i was head over heels in love at the time and i think that the picture depicts that. I see it as a spirit/angel of love/light, connected to the cosmos that was with us.
Haha, well that's enough mushiness methinks

My ultimate goal? It's enlightenment, ...

Yup, that's mine too. On a more actual timescale, to set up my own holistic healing retreat, with workshops, presentations etc, i want to be self-sufficient, growing our own organic foods, herbal remedies etc, plugged out of the matrix as it were! There i will continue working on enlightenment and helping others along the way. :grouphug: !!

Sorry for your troubles, i feel for you (and your wife ) it is difficult to have to live in this manner
Your wife seems extremely insecure with big control issues, a sign of great unhappiness within someone. There is no simple solution to this as the changes in attitude need to come from your wife and she seems pretty closed to your needs or to the fact that she needs to change/move on/let go.
I think it may be helpful if you are meditating or on the astral to approach your wife's higher self and send her love. She is hurting thus attacking, you cannot change this, but sending love can with time begin to soften her approach to you and help open her eyes and her heart.
In the meantime i agree that the 'taking a nap' idea is a good one!!

It's been a long time since i have been around, so it's nice to be back and read about all your wonderful experiences! Very Happy
I would like to share you this short experience i had the other night...
I was relaxing, meditating on my breathing and just being aware, i got the falling feeling and affirmed to myself that i would find my (astral)self standing next to the bed. Moments later the bedroom door opened, i opened my eyes a wee bit and watched and my son of 4 yrs come through, i noticed that he was emanating golden light, like he was filled on the inside with golden sunlight. I said that it was very late and that he should go back to bed and once again closed my eyes. (duh!)
However, i felt that he had walked round the bed and was standing next to me on my left just out of eye-shot above my head from where i lay . I slightly opened my left eye and turned my head slightly to look at him. He was stood looking upwards and i noticed that he had a slightly 'ethereal' look about him...Then i realized that i was most probably on the astral and my son had come to visit me there! I was so excited and touched by it that i was pulled back with a jolt, darn!!!! I opened my eyes to a closed bedroom door and no shining light being son next to me, yup i was back  
Anyway later in the night the door opened and again my son came in, walked to the same place on my left and stood there again, this time he made the same journey on the earth plane

Hi everyone,

After reading stuff about astral negs, i remembered a dream i had when i was a teenager. Now i realize that this may have been an astral experience, a lucid dream that turned or something like that.
I was in my bedroom walking around when i noticed the skirting boards (where the walls meet the floor) were missing, that there was a 10cm gap from the walls to the floor, out of this space i noticed movement... Yes you can guess, enormous spindly spiders legs were coming out of the gap followed by the grossest huge spiders you have ever seen! Naturally  i was well scared and so i (this is what makes me think that this was an astral projection) opened my bedroom window and flew out as fast as i could! I remember flying around a bit then returning to see if they had gone, because i wanted to go back to bed, but they were still there, still, the fact that i was able to fly away from them was enough to calm me and i went for a fly down the lane, when i returned they were gone and the walls and floor back to normal!
Do you reckon that these were astral spiders that i read about, or was this a dream, as i am not aware of having noticed the split or anything..

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum, though not new to the astral and or spirituality (i am somewhat clairvoyant and have had very many dealings with spirit).
Though virtually all of my astral experiences have been through becoming aware after the split, i am busy trying to conciously split and experience instead of leaving it to chance as it were.
I am excited to see there are many techniques and methods to aid me and am looking forward to sharing my experiences and also sharing yours!
I hope to learn as much as possible here and expand my conciousness and spirituality to become and be the limitless being i know i really am.
