get on one of them mp3 searches like kazzaa, or winmx, or morpheus and type hypnosis, and sometimes they have astral projection hypnosis tapes you can download for free, its suppose to hypnotise you to astral project...i downloaded one but havent used it yet, i need to get some headphones. but anyone think these work???

I have a question though, I get sleep paralys all the time and i could project throught that easily into real time mode, but when it happens people talk about a buzzing noise inside there head, when it happens to me i hear the buzzing sound plus my head feels crazy, like someone is drilling a whole in it it feels really aweful, its like the back of my skull is shattering.. Any feedback on this???

I get sleep paralys everytime i sleep on my back and i usally dont sleep on my back because of it, but when i want to have lucid dreams ill do it, but ok I was in jail the other night and I slept on my back and then later on the sleep paralys came and im not sure if i projected on the astral plane or if it was just a lucid dream, im stil kinda new at this, but anyway when the sleep paralys came on i dont remember exactley what i did but i remember I was in my living room and my body was laying there too and i went out side and saw one of my friends and started talking to him and i tried to fly but it was kind of harder than it usally is and then I went back in and looked in the mirror and i saw a ugly looking monster as my reflection, I mean im not ugly but this reflection was the ugliest thing i have ever seen, I wasent in any fear really to i saw it but it looked like a human with a bald head and his face looked like it was melted and they eyes looked so discusting looking I mean this thing looked wack and it was my reflection from the mirror. So anyway i just got kinda scared and thought of my body then openeded my eyes really quick. i didint have any fear at all though til I looked in the mirror, and i do think positive of myself too. I hope this is not my astral body, i dont think it is but I use to smoke pot like ciggerettes and i did alot of psycadelics too, can drugs mess your astral body up? If its some kinda bad enity im not really that scared, i mean the way it looked in the mirror i know i could beet its butt. lol, but can someone please give me some feedback on this, and if it is some kinda negative force thats attached to me let me no so i can get rid of it...

My name is Evan and I was wondering how you can go to the astral plane through a lucid dream? Some people say all you do is fly but I heard its not like that. People on this forum talk about going to the planes during a dream but dont say how to do it? Is a lucid dream some from of astral plane or what?

Hello forum I need some help with this, I only projected twice before and I did it by accident through sleep paralys. I then started to research sleep paralys on the net and found OBE websites and I was like im going to try that. I tried for 3 weeks and coudent do it, so then one day I bought a bag of marijuana and tried, when i was high I kept pulling my energy through my body then then layed down and closed my eyes and started focusing on my 3rd eye. then when i got the vibes i tried to imagine my astral self above me and then my head and heart chakra started going BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM, and kept doing it then i though i felt my astral hands pulling up and then got paranoid and opended my eyes and then smoked a ciggerette.. But ever since then weed makes me really paranoid and I also see multiple shadows of everything, if im walking down the street at night i see 4 shadows of myself and if im in the house I see like 3. I also see them on other people too, If I look in the mirror I also see a 2 layers doubles of my body coming out about a 1/4 inch away from my body, there kinda light pinkish clear, i only see them if i look really close. I have talked to a few people on the net about it and a few said they were my guides, then someone else said my energy wasent aligned.. will someone please help me ??

Sleep paralysis happens to me too
Its been happening to me ever since i was 14 and now in 19 the first time it happended i was at this school by my house and i was floating up in the hall way I was scared senseless, then its happended alot more times, once i was at this place called ppd in raleigh nc to make some money being a guiny pig, they test stomache pills and stuff and when i went to sleep i started feeling the sleep paralisys and then i heard something saying "come see me"  "come see me". I wasent even on any drugs at the time. then just the other day i woke up into sleep paralysis and got halfway out of my body and heard some noice like a dog or something going "ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra ra" so I got scared and snapped back in.... anyone had any of the same expierences...?

yeah your probaly right about my shadow self, thats what i kinda thought about, Leyla your right about having a painfull past and i wonder how you knew that? but i dont smoke pot or do ecstasy anymore. I want to get on with my spiritual quest but i need to get over the fear of concious projection. I wish i had someone that would try and do it with me..thanks

yeah, you are probaly right, but I hope you can understand where I'm coming from lol, when it first happended I was like what did I do to myself. I'm not really all the scared anymore but I talked to some psychics on aol and they said I would be able to see spirits and all this stuff and I dont really want to see any spirits on the pyscial plane. Another thing is how to you meet a lover in the astral world, I havent had a obe yet but im trying I have had lucid dreams? So when you project out of your body you actually see other people??? Please let me know.
