Try the LBRP. That should work very well.

I agree with Cacodemon, it cannot cause cancer, it'd probably help prevent it.

I'd recommend looking up raising kundalini (and maybe alchemy)to  see if you can get more information about the dangers of hurting the chakras by opening up wrongly or just messing with them.
