well the area around the nile does rise, either side of it there are rich fertile flood planes.

It wasn't that I was there (like last time), but something shifted somewhere and it felt distinctly odd.  For the briefest of seconds, I lost sense of everything it seemed, including what I was supposed to be doing.

This is exactly what happened to me, i know what u mean by you felt odd, feels like theres a new type of energy.

Well ive noticed something too after 30 minutes of focus 2 the other day, I noticed something, im almost always in focus 2, all i have to do is thik and feel a certain thing at areas of my body and the physical side of it is no longer there.

NO, and yes.

It changes just the same as thermals change with different weather, and different crops on the ground etcetera.

man everyone takes things so literally round here. strange for an astral group . it feels like such a waste of time to have to explain myself, BUT...
since you think i'm doing something incorrectly and winding up in "NOT the RIGHT place"?!? here goes...remember when the forum was down? and all the posts got lost?? and some of us copied our posts and saved them...so we could REPOST when everything was fixed??? that's why i have both post appearing in such a short time frame...NOT bcuz i wrote the first one, projected and wrote the second one all in a matter of 3 minutes. COME ON!

there is still one last experience from that afternoon that i have yet to post. hope i'm not on any sort of time schedule here?!?

as far as different experiences go. do you expect that everyone that visits API is going to experience the exact same thing? does that make it more valid? is it always the same every time YOU visit?
isn't it constantly changing?
we could both go see the same movie, but that doesn't mean that we would both see it the same way...but think whatever you want...think i'm wickedly fast. think i'm inexperienced...whatever you prefer.

Aha, i see, lol I wasn't here back then

I'm not sure exactly when or if it happened.

It could have happened when I was drifting off to sleep.

Maybe when I had like a minute go at trying the bouncing visualization.

I may have woken up and by chance done it.

Or i may have changed state while asleep.


All I remember was i was seeing one image then suddenly and explosion of images crossed around across my view and in my head. Then they faded and there was a single image and i felt something new. Cant remember the image, maybe a moon. Dunno.

you're lucky, you will be very surprised to discover that I myself am only 14 (well physically that is, not in soul or mind though) I Have been studying the paranormal for a number of years but really only recently within the past year or so actually understood it, and the energies,, and of course there is much more than i could learn in a life time, but a lifetime is what I have so I suppose I'm in no hurry.

no techniques work for me not even hemi sync, sooo, franks phasing looks very promising to me, hopefully i can find the way u change from focus 2 of looking inward (which i am still yet to try) to projecting onto the astral or out of body state or rather  changing our perspective of the subjective energy or whatever, i cant say it with words but i understand u frank lol.

Wow, thats interesting, i was just looking at the times between the posts though, you must have astrally projected (or rather focused within as Frank says (and i agree)) very quickly. Did you use phasing?

wow I'm a newbie here. I have been striving for astral travel for almost 4 years now, to mild success but never intended and full sustained astral travel! Would this really work, I mean say i was to come would i meet you people if you were astral travelling to?. also lets say off shore of this island i built a small fishing boat, would all you guys be able to see that without me telling you it were there. And lets say I entered the locale without ever posting on here would i be able to get to know you guys and then come on here and you would know who i was with some cues?

Soo many questions and as all ways when first seeing hope of success it seems like soo little time.

Yay, well done! I think i must have sort of parts of me jolting to an astral plane and back again, once I imagined i was running for no apparent reason, i could see my room and all that, then i felt floor under my feet (although i was lying down) and so i kept running feeling it happen, lol then there was a lump in the ground feel flat over and brung my legs back to me haha.
