Hi all,

I had my first experience astral projecting last night, and I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight into my experience when I looked at myself in the mirror. Now, I must say that my vision was a little hazy -it was a struggle to pull myself out of my body the first time (I felt like I was fighting a vacuum effect that was trying to pull me back into my body), and when I tried to look around I almost felt like I had drunk vision. After deepening a bit, I decided to look at myself in the mirror. What I saw reflected was a less-detailed version of myself (again, my vision was hazy) although two surprising things that I remember seeing were 1) my eyes were red, and 2) I had these golden-coloured lines surrounding my shoulders and head (kind of like the lines that kids draw around a circle to make it look like a sun). I wasn't afraid of my reflection -my reaction was simply "huh. So THAT's what I look like."

I was trying to see if others had experiences of their astral bodies having red eyes, but all that came up when I did searches were frightening entities, and as I mentioned I didn't feel afraid, so it seems like I experienced something different. I'd love to hear any thoughts you may have!
