HI and welcome to the madness (well thats what the rational people think of all this
)
I have what you could consider to be an apt analogy to explain what you experienced. Think of a dream like a movie and you are following a script. When you begin to realize that your are dreaming and try to take control you begin to ad lib so to speak. You try to change the script but a part of you wants keep following it. So you may find that your ability to speak becomes confused, in your case it was partial paralasys of the face. This sort of thing has happened to me on a few occasions, my voice becomes a harsh whisper or there is a slurring of words trying to be forced out. I wouldn't worry to much about it though as eventually as you get better at the transition to lucid dreaming it will happen less frequently and it won't freak you out so much.
Ahh the mysterious dark figure. I had a brush with a similar entity some time back. I was coming out of a lucid dream and found that i could not move, I just laid there paralyzed. I then saw a dark figure standing beside my bed, it then lent down with its ear almost touching my chest, looked me in the face and simply giggled. I can tell you that the giggling was an even bigger surprise than the entity itself and that it shocked me out of the paralasys so that I could take a swing at it. As I swung at where its head was it just faded away. I then just sat there for minute or two wondering what it was and what it found so dammed funny. Strangely enough this occurred a little before 4:00am too.
I hope I've helped in someway and if not then there are always others here who maybe of more help. Of course as I write this I have been up all night and its about 8:00am and I really neeeeeeed some sleep.

QuoteThis time, I knew that this was going to be another astral projection/sleep paralysis episode. So my "sister" grabbed my left wrist and started pulling, telling me to go with her. She was like, "c'mon c'mon c'mon c'mon" and I was thinking "no no no no". I tried saying no, but the left part of my face was paralyzed and just like my first sleep paralysis/astral projection episode, I had a hard time speaking.

QuoteI lay in bed and I felt a strong gust of wind coming from above me. I couldn't move and I knew that the dark male figure was on its way to crush me. I knew I had to wake up, but I couldn't move. I opened my mouth and tried to make a sound, and as the dark figure came, I managed to roll to the other side of the bed, and the figure landed beside me. I woke up after that.
