For the last day or so everywhere I go on the forums sparks one single notion into my head. That notion being, "SEOUL MAN STRIKES AGAIN!"

I've heard so many different takes on the Hurricane Katrina stuff I don't know too much of what to think any more...

On one side I am disappointed, to say the least, in the U.S. Governments response to the situation in general. At the same time I see so many people saying, "Why should we help the victims, it was their choice to stay." I believe this is sad (and horrible) as many of the victims are below the U.S. poverty rate and had no means of escaping this storm. I believe approximately 55% of New Orleans was living in poverty. (Don't quote me on this, don't know where I got it...)

I am quite proud in what my home state of Minnesota has donated to the cause. (Some 32 semi trucks of supplies) And I believe the public outpouring of supplies and donations was nothing short of amazing. I think too many warnings were ignored by the U.S. government. (The levee system was analyzed four years ago and it was shown it could not handle a storm of this magnitude.)

I personally decided I would sign up. It is basically all crap no matter what level of study you join into. Most of the important info (Goetia, Book of Ceremonial Magick) is already easily found. Total waste of my $47!

I have read a couple of books about how some spirits which can be conjured/summoned (which ever term you prefer) can teach methods to levitation. Haven't actually experimented with this myself though so I would not know.

I'm Alex and I'm 14 years old.

I've dabbling with Magic, Astral Projection, Healing, and the such for about 4-5 years now.  It has only been this past 6 months in which I've become serious about AP and Healing. (As in actually trying and not giving up after two attempts.) I've had two conscious AP's since and I can see auras'. (Woot!)  I live in Minneapolis, MN. Umm....That's about it!

Sounds about right. Don't ask stupid questions on purpose though.  

I would suggest an angelic being as they are more benevolent. Something that deals in information would be good...

I grew up as a hardcore Christian. (Heh, I'm only 14 now so consider growing up to be the period from 5yrs. old to 12yrs. old) I don't really consider myself a Christian anymore but I still try to live out some of the aspects of Christianity. For example, "Do unto others as you would wish them to do unto you.", is a guideline I try to follow quite a bit.  

         There are many things in the Christian faith that are good and well to follow, but, there are things I strongly disagree with. My main problem is the, "If you don't believe in Jesus and accept him as your savior, you are going to Hell.", people. (I've met quite a few!) I see two main flaws in this:
         First off, I don't believe in Hell. It is quite a good ploy to scare people into religion and it seems to be one of the deciding factors in many   a Christians faith.

         Secondly, pretend with me for a second that Hell exists exactly as the Christian church makes it out to be and, if you don't accept Jesus as you savior, you are going there. There is a huge flaw I see in this ...What kind of cruel God would exact this horrible doctrine?!? I believe some 26,000 children die a day and, if they didn't know Jesus, they are burning in Hell. To me this is just ridiculous.

        Anyways, coming back on topic I know the feeling of people trying to "save" me. (Especially at various Christian camps I've been to.) I find you just have to live and deal with it. When you are too abrasive, or try and tell someone they are wrong up front it is common for them to retract into their shell. It's all about moderation and impose you views. Rather I try to give my family a new way of looking at things.

From things I've read (please someone correct me if I'm wrong) there are some entities that can be contacted which have access to it. I've never heard of a human claiming to have access on his/her own.

No, its not that. I'm still in high school, under the age of driving and my parents don't know a thing about this kind of stuff, so its near impossible for me to get a book like that and for them to not know.

I know what you mean. It's not that my parents would care (or even disagree) about stuff like magic and AP, it would just take too long and be too awkward to explain. E-Books are pure genius.

Maybe you have to keep repeating yourself because your a complete moron who lacks the basic social skills to hold an adequate discussion. Other than that i would refrain from making any more posts, your meager attempts to sound like someone who is intelligent, thought  provoking and interesting amongst other things make continued discussion with you impossible.

I think that overall energy is a very strong and mystical force. Humans and animals seem to be drawn to it (to a certain extent) and it relates fairly directly to the general well being of said humans/animals.

I was soooo close to AP with this, then I got excited and lost it. >_<

Just wondering about something here, I have heard about a sort of "Arcane Balance" to the universe. From what I have heard it is like a great equalizer. (i.e. You call rain to your location causing drought or a dry spell elsewhere) Just looking for ideas, thoughts, and opinions on this.

(I personally think it is true, but not to that extreme.)

Just a few things that have worked for me:
I visualize myself becoming/dissolving into air. The more comfortable I am the more focused I can become. Not to be nasty but being horny will totally screw up your concentration.

Just a stupid question here. (Please, no one post, "There is no such thing as a stupid question") Is this 'Invisibility' you have achieved something that requires you to be stationary? Or can you move, it's just about how you move? (i.e. Walking calmy as opposed to Jumping around.)
