I see those flashing sparkles all the time and I'm not worried.  I know that different coloured lights of different sizes mean different things.  The lights have become more prevalent recently.  The larger light seems to represent my guide.  When a pet of mine was put down the room filled with small blue sparkles so when the blue sparkles arrive  I know the dog is visiting   .

The colours and static you are seeing sound much like what I've started seeing recently.  If you practice the colours will become stronger.  you should try staring at the point of your third eye while standing in front of a mirror and count slowly to 100 focusing on your counting.  You eyes will go in and out of focus and colours may flash occasionally but eventually you will see at least one very bright band of colour around your head and shoulders.  You can do the same focusing on staring at your hands and letting you eyes go out of focus.  Funnily enough I can only see auras without my glasses on so it's not all about the eyes.

Best of luck.  Try talking to the sparkles, you will find they react positively.

Hey there Manuel,
I have often visited a school of learning in my dreams.  As you say, there were many rooms in my experience.  I remember high ceilings and white light.  Sometimes I recall what was said during class, other times I don't.
I recall discussions of the tree of life, the meaning of life, how to view auras, how to focus my mind and focus etc.
I suggest you enjoy these wonderful experiences and don't worry.
