Quote from: StevoI think a good base for starting in these things is to start small, simple, and basic. First off, try meditation. It's a good starter, and can be quite calming. How do you meditate, might you ask?
First off, get comfortable. Lay down, sit up, stand, whatever. Comfortable? Good. Now, concentrate on a point just between and behind your eyes. Imagine it's location. Don't visualize it, just feel that very spot in your head. Do this for 15 minutes a day.
Seem boring? Trust me, if you can sit for 15 minutes concentrating on one point in space, you'll get a good jump start. After a month, you learn a few things that help you later on. Mainly patience, and strength in your mental.
In your waking time, read stuff on the forum. I suggest topics on phasing. Delve in to it if you want, but as long as you keep up meditation, it'll give you a boost.
After a while the meditation can be considered included in your practices. At first I strongly suggest keeping them separate. You're starting in a new world, and you may get confused a lot. Try to keep it pure until you have your feet under you educational wise.
Most important, have fun.
Thanks very much for your reply and i will consider it, although i have meditated for long before but when i used to meditate i used crystals to meditate, i was going through a tough time with something i had done when i was very young, feelings of guilt, anyway while i was doing this i called for GOD and the white light of JESUS CHRIST and to cut a long story short i brought EVIL things in my room and thankfully if it wasn't for my MOTHER, who can sense these sorts of things, told me that something was in my room... I knew as she said it that it was me... So I'm afraid to meditate again... What advise do u have...
