where can i get this cd ?

I didnt want to start a new topic for this 2 questions...

1. How do i get back to my body ?
2. If i see my body on the bed that means its an OBE and if i dont that means its a lucid dream ?  I read the FAQ but didnt understand to well

But its so strangee  

I was trying to project ,and got far this time .

By far i mean i felt that my body was loosing weight and i felt relaaxed , i started to hear my name . It was like someone was saying my name repeatedly at a high rate speed ... . It didnt sound aggressive thought , and it was a girl .

I woke up immediately ... think i was scared.


First i need to understand so i would appreciate if u guys could make it clear . What are these voices about ?

Why does so many people die from this ? I know the scientific explication ... but why God hurts people who doesn't deserve that .

I know a girl who had a mother that died when she was 3 . Of cancer

Ok i made this post after i read so many opinions that AP is something in ur mind .


Well then i want this situation explained .

I was at the seaside for 3 days , and i was going back to the hotel . When someone said Stop from behind . Then i saw him , talked to him and asked how could he be here cause he had business in town and how did he know im here [ noone knew except my parents , and he doesnt talk to them ] . He just smiled and changed the subject . After a few more talking he said he gtg and went away . When i was back in town i asked him what was he doing at the seaside and he said he was never there , but AP-ed and talked to me . He said he did that only cause we are good friends and he needed to show me it was real.

I double checked , he was seen in the town that day and the next one , so it was absurd just to travel 300miles to talk with me and go back , only to make me believe something its real .

Now that i know more about AP i asked him if he can do that regularly , and he said no but he felt he needed to do this . It was some kind of guidance and permission from above to show me the path.

10 days passed .... what happens ? imstill waiting

OMG guys youa re not helping . I so want to AP but im TOOO tired . i sit hours and hours and i feel my body is going to sleep and i dont go in Astral..

ITS so strange ...

Today i went to sleep , relaxed my body for 30~! minutes then my mind went to sleep , i dreamed something then i woke up , but didnt move or opened eyes . knew i just woke up i wanted to go to sleep again . quess what ? i stayed around 20-30 minutes more and nothing happened .

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ?

Sleep paralysis of the body can be a real b*&^H to exit the body and escape. I know you've heard it all before, but sometimes when this happen you just have to go with the flow. The more you struggle, kick, scream the worse it will become.

its not quite paralysis . its something like it . i mean if i want in that second i can move my body but then i feel a tickle on it . the best explication would be : the sens of touch is greatly diminished . but my head remains so concious about the physical world .. i dunno what to do . I just relax my body . somnetimes i try FA RA ON mantra but i fall asleep

After of 1 year and a half of trying FA RA ON mantra , i foudn this site and tried different techniques , which i think are better.


A few days ago i was going to sleep , it was afternoon sleep , so i started to relax my muscles all over the body  . I did this for 30-45 without getting asleep [ wow ] when i felt a strange sensation . it was like a front/backwards up/down sensation in my eyes [ i had the eyes closed] then i felt my body , more accurately down from the neck , paralyzed .

Let me describe better this feeling . it was like i was still conscious i had a contact with the bed but i didn't feel it in the right way . I just had the touch sensation minimized ... something like that .

My problem comes at the other senses , which are in the head . After that i couldn't project and i sensed that my eyes were slowly opening . Its that sensation in the morning when u just wake up and see a bit of light trough the eyelids ... I shallowed and i was paying attention [ thought i didn't want to ] to the sound of the cars outside . It was like down from the neck i was in astral and the upper part was in physical .

After 5-10 minutes more of relaxation of head i tried the rope technique but i woke up in the physical ...

What am i doing wrong ?

PS : with FA RA ON mantra once i got to vibrations but it was different . then i felt my head also asleep and my concentration was somewhere else.. dunno how to explain that.

Mustardseed i think it would be better if you could PM with an id of yahoo messenger / msn messenger / server of mirc-> channel . It would be way better if we could do a real time chat , so i can ask questions and so on .

Ok all this letter to "God" was useless for me . And i believe if it was truly God who you talked to , he would have sent me some guidance .

In short , at the first question he all said its up to my normality vs theyre normality and to look deeper , use his spirit blabalbal . Didnt help me

At the second question the answer was the same , its up to me . Dear Mustardseed if that entity was God he would have understood from START that i was trying to understand the consequences of my actions of #1 and #2 because im not sure of them . And for God .. of course i am careful deciding ...


Can you ask ~ God ~ if hes got something to tell me ?

1. Should i leave my parents alone ? Is there any way i can talk normally to my parents ?

yes it proves that in 2 and a half years NOONE from an entire forum of AP met .

Anyway, some months ago someone made a topic about a meeting with his girlfriend. So yes, meetings happen.
Still, that doesn't prove anything. The only way to be sure is to see it for yourself.

I think my question was quite specific . If someone met another person on THAT ISLAND .

Guys i read some posts of urs and till now [around 5-6  topics] i didnt get any sign that u met each other ... only guys who AP in dreams to that island , and when they get there in an OBE you dont see anybody .

So ... did you guys meet there afterall?



If not i got serious doubts about this AP thing ...

Hi there . I never AP-ed thought i got to vibrations state and got 2-3 lucid dreams .

1. In the past i read about entities , spirit quides , bad things that can affect you and so on . Now i didnt see around here nothing about them . So if you project can you meet accidently other entities like aliens , humans who ap , ghosts and so on ?

2. If i got too F10 how can i go to F12 or F15 ? And thats what the OLD language refered to as " vibrational states" or " raising vibrational lvl" ?

3.Does the position of my body affect the projection . I dont mean the way i sleep but the way im headed[ ie : the head to north / the head to east..]?

4. I GET BORED ! i stay there just doing my mantra [repeating FA -RA ON ] and i GET BORED . i got to vibrational state 2 times by doing this mantra but its damn hard about 30 minutes or so . Sometimes  i go to sleep on purpose ... what can i doo to dont get bored?

5. What you guys ussualy do when u get to astral plane ? I wanted to ap to see if it exists [thought im sure now it exists] and to meet some spirit guids to ask about god . Im just curios why u guys do it

6. Does drinking affect AP ?
