It certainly is encouraging, I would like to know how long you've been practicing and perhaps some of the experiences and obstacles you have overcome so us kinda new to the phasing model know what to expect and perhaps we can check we're on the right track...kinda like following footprints.
Since a child I have had all kinds of psychic experiences (by the way, although I may have my head in the clouds, my feet are firmly on the ground). I have learned to control them to a certain extent and consciously use them. Certain people dismiss psychic abilities as a product of a deranged mind. The same applies to any kind of astral projection/OoBE. However, I have experienced both and many, many times and to not think or believe but know to be true and real.
When consciously using any 'psychic' ability, whether telepathy, psychometry, scrying, anything, there is a positive shift in one's focus inward. The act of perhaps gaining information, telepathic communication, whatever it might be, that process always starts with a focal shift. This is the good part. After the shift the is a quiet intent, then you wait. You do nothing but wait and 'notice'. You allow it to happen. You do not make it happen. Sound familiar? This is why when I started reading about phasing I was practically jumping around in my seat. It sounds exactly the same process - inward focus, gentle intent, and wait.
For now, before I have another hypo and have to breath into a paper bag again, I will focus on the basics before I try to project. Holding that internal focus, not just relaxing, seems a bit of a daunting task. But, like anything, practice, practice, practice - then pizza!
