I did it last night again. I woke up with the bizarre vibration and jerk and I stayed calmed and try to get up and wow I was out of my body! I tried to fly and I couldnt?? I jumped high and nothing. I was able to walk and then I remember someone posted going thru walls. I was a bit skimmish about  the idea and boom I was in bed again. I got to wild up that I ruined the experience. I hope I will be able to do it again. It was hard the first time years ago when I do not know If I did it or not. I tried and tried for over a year nothing, until last week and last night.

I was put on adderoll meds a few weeks ago, but experience a body rush a few days ago feeling around 1:20am in the morning. My head all the way to my feet had this emense feeling jerk that woke me up. My meds wore off way back hours before. But was wondering my brain was getting used to the meds and accidently obe me out of my body? All I remember all night not to forget  what I experienced after waking up so many times. Then finally in the late hours of morning I forgot everything, but a few things like the feeling and the the waking up to the doorbell when no one was there.
