I have experienced a fox also.

A dragonfly.  That was a pleasant experience.

And I've been a cat during an OBE.  Interesting sensations, zooming across the ground, at a very low level.

That sounds cool.. I love the zooming sensations. I think it would be cool experiencing the Cat.. the prowl, the acrobatic smooth refined reflexes... yep cool experience Sarah.

Ray.. I don't think it has anything to do with kundlini, maybe since you are asking you might want to look into kundlini.. it might be just what you need. also take time to meditate, go inside..

Try to quiet your mind and your questions, and find a place of inner peace.. relax into yourself. Have you thought about brainwave entrainment? there are a few meditations floating around on this website that may help to get your brainwaves balanced.

All in all by shutting it all off it might be hurting you more than helping you.

1). Were the instructions easy to follow?

2). How long did you train before you began to feel "something" (chi, energy, power , whatever)?

First Day.. although I had been doing chi work for sometime before..

3). Did you train the siddhis (putting candles out etc) or did you focus on building the chi?

I did both...

4). Can you remember how your life/feeling/energy changed after doing the training.

I felt more relaxed with life.. secure.. energized.. overall a very fun experience.

Sorry bout the 20 questions. I don't feel the chipower course is expensive (it's cheaper than a month of lohan gong training in my city), but obviously it would be an expensive purchase if it was total nonsense or useless.

It's ok, I know what you mean, you may like it you may not.. at first I think I was a lil disappointed about how simple it was.. but it's better to keep it simple.

I bought it maybe 15 years or so ago.. simple powerful techniques. works very well and I was able to teach it to others almost immediately.

So to answer your question.. for me it was worth every penny.. the five weeks of saving and the 6 weeks to be delivered.. I walked to the post office everyday and waited for the incoming mail, I couldn't wait for it to get to my mailbox.. LOL.. I was only 14 and you know how impatient teenagers can be.

I just read the first line of your post.
"What the bleep do we know" has no basis in science. The scientists who appeared in it were terribly disappointed to have their dialog manipulated to serve the purpose of the film creator's intentions. Forget whatever you saw in that film.. lol

that's strange then I wonder why they agreed to be in the book and the second movie.. I think I smell something.. and it's not flowers.

To know enlightenment is to live it and to live enlightened is to know it.

You see enlightenment is a rhythm, it's cyclic, it has no beginning and no end, it just is, you
just are. accept it, know it, feel it, realize it, breath in, breath out. do you see? do you
understand, that there is nothing to understand, only to accept?

Being enlightened is not a state you try to attain... that would be separating you from it,
you must accept that you already are, you already exist, you are already enlightened.

Being enlightened is not the destination, it is the journey.

When you try to be something you are in fact stating that your not that something.

To be enlightened, is to be enlightening, it is simply a choice, a focus, an accepting, a knowing.

You are now Enlightened. Enjoy the journey of Enlightenment!

Can't tell you for sure if it's true, that you will have to figure out on your own. But I can tell you this, it definitely makes you think.. and would be right along the lines of the fear based religious dogma. In several ancient cultures fire was the symbol for purification. So what exactly was the point of keeping us from this knowledge? if it is in fact a fact.. and if it is a fact.. HOLY CRAP.. that means for generations we have been spoon-fed an amazing story... I mean if we shunned something that was in fact good as the greatest evil of all time.. that would be like saying god is satan and satan is god.. calling a saint a murder etc..

Jafree's meditations are Great for people of all levels of Experience, before you know it you to will be advanced because you will get your information from a higher source. But it's best to always approach anything as if you where a child and for lack of a better word "inexperienced" because if you have an open mind you can experience all the wonders of limitless expression.

I think by far my favorite by Jafree is his book "Manifesting Vibration" Very advanced yet very easy to understand.

I used to be somewhat of a skeptic, about things I didn't know, but every once in a great while you find the genuine article and for me Jafree has been the needle in the haystack.

Very good, thank you for posting! I was already a believer having witnessed several great things. Now learn to assemble inside the glass, put the paper on the needle. Keep in mind it takes no more energy to put it on the needle as it takes to make it spin, the key is focusing or rather allowing yourself to do it.

I think one of the coolest things about this meditation is the mantra at the beginning, I am not sure what it says but it feels like a deep, really deep type clearing and protection mantra and the voice has to be the deepest vibratory voice I have ever experienced.

hmm 2 locations one in orissa, India if I use 21 long 86 lat and if I use -21long  and -86 lat it's off of south america in the pacific ocean.
