Hello all, hope you are having a pleasant holiday, or will tommorrow rather! I am sorry I failed to give much info on this post. I have had many OBE's and I lucid dream frequently. I know the vibrations that many of you referred to in response, I used to think they would kill me and then I would get past them and in to my OBE. They weren't fun but powerful. But this noise was waaaay different, if possible and you know how its all perception oddly, this noise was much much worse. I mean it was terrifying, I felt like a molecule in front of it.  More like experiencing all the vibrations collectively at once. No doubt its just me realizing my insignificant self. So that's where I was at with it. Haven had an OBE for a while but the dreams are frequent. I love my dream life i feel as if I do have another existence altogether. Wells thanks everyone.

Have not posted here in ages but had a few things on my mind I wanted to get feedback on...I was in a state , cant say I was out of body but i sure was someplace else, maybe lucid dream. Anyway, I heard this incredably loud vibration noise that was was a blend of the universe just running if you will like a car engine. It was excrutiating and scared me badly, as soon as I woke up I was terrified I felt like an ant. What was it  ( iknow) but why? What was the point? have you heard it? I knew if I stayed subject to it, I would not have survived it was that powerful.

Obviously though, you do understand the process. You are given higher information in a higher state, then you return to a lower state and can not completely facilitate the info, is that right?

I can really relate to your fear level, I must however disagree, there most sertainly are demons. I am a born again Christian myself, but I also have lucid dreams and OBE's. I just know how scarey it can be, that terror, what goes on in your soul. Commit your travels to Christ, if He wants you to travel you will, but safely. Its all about power, but its can also be about your soul, keep yours safe, this isnt childs play.

So let me get this straight Knight, you dont believe in a good higher power, lets even call it divine for the sake of being bold, after your posts?
There is always good and evil, two distinct forces, they are not in your imagination nor do you just "project " them. Geeezzzz Demons, I have meet more than a few, made a believer out of me IN GOD.

There often times is an element of scariness, particularly during those vibration stages. I have found that this just goes with the territory and it may even be a way in which we are tested to see if we are worthy of these experiences, i mean they don't happen to everyone for a reason. Dealing with another realm is going to be a bit frightening for anyone, even after years of having many good and also many frightening experiences, I never get so full of myself that i think my little old me is in full control. what a joke. I never wanted or chose this gift but I found it was going to take me out of my body despite my wishes, so I learned spiritually not to fear. How can we face our death which is eminent if we fear this?? So I would just relaxed be positive.If you don't want to do it, that's not a crime, but then you may find you have no choice and that's when its really good to know you are not alone and there is a purpose.

I think it is very impressive that this is such a global community...go figure. What a joy it would be to meet people that are a part of this journey, I cant even begin to imagine the energy that would be in the room.

believe we are actually hearing the the electromagnetic forces at play - we are hearing the energy. There just HAS to be science buried deep in these experiences (at the quantum level). ...the Rosicrucian in me speaking again... hehe
there is there is.....who says you can not have it all, there is science and spirit and the keys to the Universe, it is mind boggling. We have just been conditioned to think of the 2 separately. God= Love+Science BANG!

Hi, I am new to the forum, finding some really good info here. I had years of going into the vibratory state then sleep paralysis before having a full blown OBE, it was because the vibration and pull was so intense it hurt, I feared to lose control. i would go into state I call "scanning", it felt like I was being loaded with info, needless to say I would be perceptively sensitive in real life following . Almost 2-3 years ago, I was in the vibrating state and I heard a sound vibration so loud, so very loud it was if it were not meant for a human being, I literally felt pain from the decibel that nobody else could hear. I woke up, and I was terrified, I wondered if i was something alien, if it was my cell phone sitting next to the bed. i have never been able to figure it out, but it was my most memorable sound experience. Also, if anybody reading this would do me a favor and go to the other forum and look at my post on feeling physical sensations during your OBE and reply that would be helpful. Thank you

Often, when i am drifting into sleep but not asleep yet, I will pick up things, like conversations, images and yes I hear a dog barking sometimes. A beloved pets ashes are in my room, the day i had him put down (he suffered an ailment) he came to me that night and just said "thank you'.

Kiwi, what would you like to know I would be happy to share anything, is there a particular sensation I can explain in more detail for you? Leila...doesn't this happen to everyone? Does it happen to you? I am very curious as to what others have experienced. It leads me to the conclusion that our next body may have more physical like capabilities than we presume, therefore able to still experience, or maybe I am just falling into big "pools" of energy. I need to make sense of this if possible, that's asking a lot I know.

I think it sounds like something very natural that your body wants to do, so maybe instead of trying to make it go away, work with it, who knows maybe you are cleansing or something. I have alot of hard crying during some OBE's that when i wake up my check and pillow re very wet and i remember the depth of the "cry". Now from a purely medical point of view you could have allergies, histamines will make you cry.

This has always been one of the most profound features of an OBE to me personally. I do not want to say anything that scares anybody new to this, so keep  in mind this is ME. I have felt tremendous sensation just as if it were happening to my physical body and at times it has been very intense, please tell me about your experiences all. I have had experiences where I felt I had been stabbed to death, extraordinary pain, after this experience my paranormal stuff increased in every aspect of my life. I have had knock your socks off, orgasms that are so much more intense than any physical sex I have ever had, I mean I am just all over the place. Last week it felt like there was a fire on my right hip bone inside my body, this one hurt than felt really good like something woke up in me. Sorry if this sounds bizarre ,but I would like to compare notes, so chime in !! This is just the tip of the iceberg. And yes I have had medical ck ups, I am fine

Thanks for the input and support, i am going to learn much from this forum, in fact i have already. I find it just amazing that there is a entire group of people across the world having these experiences it just is so exciting to share and wow what can I say. It can be so lonely at times, you have these powerful things happen but feel like you must hide the experiences from those in your life because they would think you were crazy, which we all know couldn't be further from the truth. CF, thanks for the scripture, i find many scriptures that point to the gifts which we speak of, just not many churches or leaders of thereof, interesting isn't it? In the end I am not too sure any of that really matters.

I just wanted to say hello and sort of introduce myself. I have years of experience with all kinds of paranormal stuff, but i hate to type and I guess you could say i tend to be of few words. I wish we were at the point where we did not need words, lol. I have always struggled alone with my experiences and have shy-ed away from forums for many reasons. One being I am a Christian and my belief system is one of always making my relationship with God first priority, but I get sick of the church always playing games and denying the reality and truth of these gifts, so it can be a real learning process , thankfully God knows all we don't and I have peace about my gifts. That being said my OBE a few nites ago really puzzled me and alarmed me somewhat... I am looking for feedback. It started with me almost leaving my body, then there was music in my room, first song over to the right, it was THE BEST, just made for me music, then another song but in a different part of the room, then another song almost mocking about George Clooney being the million dollar man or something, then a song that was on my leg, really vibrating then it started to move up my leg to the crotch and I asked it to move back down and it did, the last song was the only one that was on me so to speak with a vibration. Anyway, here is whats bothering me, I looked over to my right and there was this huge white type of camera with a long probe looking thing and a red eye and it made a very faint clicking sound, this was not a welcome sight, I yelled Jesus at it then it moved to behind my head, i could hear it but not see it now, it clicked again then i woke up. I had to really make alot of effort to move and shake my head to wake up but I did. I do not believe in or want to even begin to think of "aliens" I think that is what people think when they dont know what else to think, but I did find it curious and want to hear form others and thanks for listening to all this rambling, I will never post so much again, lol. Am I just projecting this image or what???

I USED TO GET THE VIBES SO STRONG I THOUGHT MY HEAD WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO COME OFF SO IT AN BE SCARY,  i do agree with the post that suggests the more often the less intense. if I deny the experience it just keeps building up until it has its way, if I go with it they become less intense and i actually have learned I need to have them because they release the building pressure, sort of like it hurts good.Just tell yourself you are going to make it and wake up just fine when you become afraid, it will be Ok dont worry, just explore the gift.

hi, i am new to board, in fact this is my first post. i guess i felt bad you had not gotten an answer yet. it sounds to me like you did have an experience, i am basing that on mine own experience, in fact my first OBE I distinctly felt the snap at the back of my neck when I came back in, it wasn't that the OBE itself was so meaningful, but when you go back in you just know that you left, i did anyway because of the snap. maybe you were just loose enough to let go, just because you were high does not mean it did not happen or that it was "drugs" but you should strive to do it naturally. hope this helps
