Tempted once was I not

Clawing at greatness, scavenging knowledge

Indirect attack, for social supremacy
Such is the want, of the man, the glove

Of the human desire to believe in
A faith, a purpose, a future

For my hands are lined with velvet

Of breath of the forests, and thus leaves do quiver
The hills of great England, that shadow timid rivers

         A progeny of grace, from whence did you come?

And of these flying butterflies I see and feel
Each flap in unity with too many clocks
Of time we care far too much
Forgetting the sun and the moon, against the rocks

         The earth carelessly rotates

         It is merely ever changing sunlight

Hello everyone,

I came across astral projection by chance, I had never known of it until I stumbled across it in a conversation, to say it interested me would be an understatement. It is now an ambition of mine, to learn to astral project. After having done some research, it is not something that comes easily, and dedication is necessary to achieve it.

I am very exited about the prospect of a journey in learning to project my consciousness into other realms, I can't wait to get started. I've looked around on Amazon for books, but there are just so many, I don't know where to start. I am a complete beginner at this; I've never meditated or practised relaxation exercises so I know I have a very long way to go.

I've found a hypnosis CD on Ebay, which is meant to guide the listener into deep relaxation and help project. I know this is no short cut, but would this be a good addition to a book? Here's the link:
