There are online courses at mysticweb.org starting in 2 days
at 20th feb.

The last time i did that course i got a pdf-file every week
containing the information, eg OBE with Mantrams or
just basic things like concentration excersises (obe pdf's).
The courses are for free , you need a valid emailadress
to register.
