even  if I stay at home and do nothing the whole day, time still seems so fast. Before I could only notice the acceleration of time when I'm busy, But now even If I do nothing time still seems so fast! does anybody notice the same?

It's all perception.

I heard Tom Campbell speak about this very thing in a recent video... he believes it's because our interactions with each other are moving at a faster and faster pace via our use of technology that is the cause of this increase in perception.  Social media... texting... etc.

In the end, it's all about perception and we all know that  "watched pot never boils". 

Also... remember that we all collectively create our physical reality.  So the reality is that since we're all using these new technologies, we are changing the actual flow of time.  Someone should take this kind of perceptual phenomenon to a tribe out in the middle of nowhere with no access to technology and see if they perceive the same thing.

I notice and it's pure physics. The frequenzy of matter is accelarating (vibrating faster) this means time is also accelarating since time is  part of the physical realm.

We have measurements for time and I don't think there is any evidence that "time" is "changing"... unless you can find us some.

well xanth, even though its on the nano second level, time is changing but not to the extent or type your talking about . gravity stretches time and the earth moves up and down about a foot or so a day and that means the strength of gravity is altered. But i agree with you that "time" is not "changing"

Time doesn't change. Out perception does. And perception is like a frame rate.

Right now we have more frame rates(people) then we have ever had. Things are moving so fast because the collective speed(frame rate) of this world is faster then its ever been. Add the recent technology upgrades and you have yourself a Class Act conundrum.

But, Xanth is right.

When you're 5 years old, 1 year is 1/5th of your life. When you're 50, 1 year is 1/50th of your life. Hence, perception of time goes faster as you get older. And when you're having fun. It's all relative.
