Check this:

2013 = 2+0+1+3 = 6; 2013 - 6 = 2007
2019 = 2+0+1+9 = 12; 2019 - 12 = 2007

All years from 2010 to 2019 will give you the year 2007 with that calculation which shows that the theory is wrong.
