What is the wave of the Yellow Warrior teaching you?

I thought I'd ask.
This relates to the previous Yellow Warrior thread obviously.
I have to say, I was completely surprised by reaction when I heard about the war plan. This cold wave of fear flooded me and I felt like a helpless child. Interesting I thought. I'm not afraid of death. I'm not afraid of loosing all that is material. So what is it the fear of?
I'm slowly realizing that it is seeing fear in others that I fear the most. I live in a country where war is nothing new. There isn't a street in my city that isn't drenched with blood, I've heard all the possible stories about what it's like being a civillian in the battlefield, yet, all of that doesn't move me as much as imagining being in the middle of public paranoia.Hm...how do you work with that?

ps. (lets please not get into issues like: will there be war or not...blabla..)

Hey there Hannah!

I think i'd have to agree with your rationale for fear. I personally don't mind what will happen to me,but seeing everyone else's lives fall apart bothers me. But I guess we must remember to extend our personal understanding to those around us and also remember that what is meant to happen to us will happen just as what is meant to happen to others will happen in their unique way.

The wave of the yellow warrior though doesn't seem as apparent as the wave of the blue moon. Overall I would have to say that I am seeing more clearly which allows me to be an objective, good and fearless warrior for all that I believe in.

Hey SilverSlider,
Yes, the hardest part for me is understanding fully the fact that all of us chose to be here and experience all the positive and negative aspects of life.

take care

i listen to evanescence's "sweet sacrifice" the prechorus is " fear is only in our minds, taking over all the time. fear is only in our minds, but its taking over all the time" and that helps me conquer my fears. it helps me to realize that i can conquer my fears if i start from the inside. and to remember that i CAN conquer my fears. i also learned to solve a bunch of other problems.
im not really THAT psychic. i just like to pretend that i am. :)
