What is the significance of seeing the frequent recurrence of the time being all the same numbers. Such as 1:11, 2:22, etc? I have been seeing this a lot lately over the last few weeks.

google some numerology.  it will give you an idea of some of the "energies" and characteristics associated with these kinds of numbers.  this could imply an "atmosphere" for that moment in time that drew you to notice the time.  maybe you see 1:11 (11 being a master number and 1 being a number for leadership and independence) and it happens at a time when those are the qualities in yourself that you need to focus on or something.  You can pretty much turn anything into divination if you try hard enough.  It's all about seeing the connections around you and acting in unison with them.
