Title: 360 degrees of vision
Post by: predatoo on October 09, 2011, 06:35:44
i was always confused at the thought of having 360 degrees of vision, which has often resulted in slight confusion and blurred vision, but hasn't really posed a problem. i was achieving separation however through traditional AP methods. an indirect entry to the phase the other morning, and im still getting my head around the clarity of 360 degree vision. my peripheral vision didn't extend any further, so there was still perceived darkness in my minds eye. the country side was condensed somehow though so that what almost 'looked' like just turning a bit to he right, was, and felt, like 180 degree turn.. it was strangely comfortable.
in my prior AP experiences, i have had to turn to be able to see properly to my sides or behind me. i am still slightly confused by a couple features of that enhanced vision. when i had that vision and didn't have to turn to see clearly, i still felt myself somehow wanting to turn into my mind.. which is a hard concept to convey with our language.

I remember the first time I had similar experiences to these.
It's all about perception, when you leave your physical body you become completely "aware" of what's around you in a much different sense to as if you were in your physical body.

In some ways, your perception of the astral plane is governed by your mind. So if you were say, thinking about a place you knew well, you would be able to map all of it in your mind, and in a sense, that's what's happening when your astral body separates from your physical body. You become "Aware".
