8 circuit brain?

I was just wondering how many of you are interested also in 8 circuit brain type material, such as antero alli etc?  and those of you who are into it, what you feel you get out of following such ideas?

I tried to read the book angel tech but found it to be very vague with not much practical instruction, so I wondered what others on this forum think.
