And the proper response, now that you've realized the enormity (sp?) of it all, is to "get right with God," or in other words, connect with the Divine Force however you can, and work on your spirituality.  Because what really matters is where YOUR head and soul are at, so when you are faced with harmful entities, you'll know what to do!
